Recently, I took my work vehicle in for service on Thursday, December 4th, 2025. I requested a comprehensive list of necessary repairs. As I informed them of my recent relocation and the need for a new service location, they promptly provided me with the required information and ensured that I was aware of any potential oversight.
Upon dropping off my truck, I received a call two hours later, providing me with an updated list of the work to be completed. Due to the extensive nature of the repairs, they offered me several discounts to alleviate the financial burden. I promptly instructed them to proceed with the necessary work.
The following morning, I received a call informing me that I could collect my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the repairs would be completed within a week.
The front counter staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive to my inquiries. They consistently kept me informed throughout the entire process.
I have been driving my truck for the past few days to ensure that all repairs were executed correctly. I am pleased to report that the repairs were completed to my satisfaction.
While I do not typically leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience with the public due to the exceptional service I received. The entire staff at Tune Up Plus is truly remarkable. I am pleased beyond belief. Sorry that I could not remember the receptionist name as she truly deserves a big thank you.
