Huge shout out to Kayla Fraser!!! We had an issue with the lights not working on the truck we were using to pull the trailer we reserved. We came all to Virginia to haul my daughters things back to Florida. Kayla made a few phone calls and was able to rent us a 10 foot truck for the price of the trailer I had already paid for!! She took 10 tons of weight off our chests and made getting our daughters things happen!!! Thank you isn’t enough for the customer service she gave us that day!!! We appreciate you!!

Kayla is definitely top notch but, u-haul storage is not for me. I have been dealing with this location for many years. I lost my bank card so my payment didn't go through. I was charged a late fee 2 times for the same unit. I called the location several times, they never and I mean never answer the phone. I spoke to Hunter i guess from the call center which was so nice. He had to transfer me because he was not able to take my payment, which the call dropped. The amount online was $10 more then the actual bill is why i refused to pay it online.Then to put the icing on the cake i got charged the 2nd late fee that I was not aware of. I go to the complete empty location where the black guy with the dreads (sorry I don't know his name) had a smart mouth especially when i wasn't talking to him. He wanted to go back and forth telling me i must have only called on Saturday, which is ridiculous.But I was on whatever he was on. I will definitely be taking my stuff out and moving to another unit before my next payment is due.

Kayla was top notch. Fast, friendly, and helpful. Keep up the good work. A little more parking would help, but we are aware space is limited with this level of trucks and trailers.

Went in there today and my partner went to talk about hitches and what he could get today. Lady just doesn’t wanna talk or do ANYTHING to help and literally said “i don’t have time for that get out or i’ll call the cops im not gonna argue”
Please study customer service this job ain’t for you lady :)

$20 fee to return a trailer after hours? That's 50% of the cost of the trailer rental. Dishonest business.

This place canceled my reservation with out calling me. I was only 34 minutes late. There manager is a piece of, well let me keep this PC. I will never do business with them again. No wonder why you have more 1 star ratings then any other ones. Change your practices
