I came back to return some items but didn't have my receipt; the young lady at the register was very rude and nasty and didn't want to give my money back until I told her to look up my receipt under my phone number! If she didn't want to do her job, she should have stayed home!

I love this place. Every time I come down to visit bestie I spend more money than my husband would like but they always have a great sale too irresistible to resist! And now we're moving back so more of his money will be spent here! So, keep those sales coming.

I was having an issue with my account and the staff ended up helping me with it after I was in and out of line 3 times. The problem seemed to be with the tech itself, which although frustrating, I do understand. I appreciate the lady who tried helping me fix the problem.

I had such a great experience at Ulta in Greenbrier! I had lost my wallet the day before and went back the next day to check if it had turned up. Reagan, one of the employees, was absolutely amazing—she didn’t just point me to customer service, she went out of her way to help me look and checked every possible spot. She was so patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
Thank you so much, Reagan, for going above and beyond! Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized.

I don’t visit this location anymore after being yelled at by a worker for getting a tissue from her “station.” I guess next time I’ll just blow my nose on the floor or wipe my nose with my hand and then touch everything.

Staff are amazing 👏 Especially Reagen!! Huge shout out to her. She is an amazing brow tech with great customer service. Being a redhead, she matched and listened to my needs for my brows. She made me feel so comfortable. She also helps with other recommendations you are looking for and helps get more expert advice if she doesn't know.
