I always receive excellent service at this branch. The packages I send are delivered on time and sometimes early. I live in Portsmouth but this branch is my preferred place.

I have never had mail issues until I moved in this area. My checks are coming up missing I’ve made several complaints mail lady throwing packages at my door. She also puts my mail in others mailbox often. Filing a complaint is pointless the manager doesn’t do anything about it. She’s even put my DL in someone else mailbox before it’s a huge invasion of privacy. I wish they’d do something about her this has been going on for 3 years now checks and packages mysteriously come up missing.

I pay all this money for a PO Box that have lockers if I have a package, just put the key in my regular box and the package in the oversize box. Why do I have to wait in line to pick up a package graves have a nasty attitude I’m gonna change your address. He stated Richmond takes care of that. Richmond never got a hold of it so I had to do another one myself then I went into the same PO Box and submitted it with a female post worker and she did it right there grave seems lazy and have stated to me. Why am I taking He didn’t do anything to me. I’ve asked for my packages to be an oversized box. I will get a refund and take it to a cheaper post office box to where I have to pick up my packages 📦 at the front I see why the have two stars ⭐️ Service is horrible here

These mail carriers are irresponsible , it is not okay what they are doing , leaving the cluster mail boxes open, unlocked, wide open with peoples Personal information open to the public and for mail to blow away in the wind, not to mention they’re always putting other people mail in other people’s boxes, they speed trough residential neighborhoods, but they got time to sit there by the mailbox idle for hours in van with phone in hand and still can’t do their job right, I hope this post office gets sued, you people get paid to do a job , it’s not like you’re forced to work without pay. This is the mailbox on Longhill Arch today, this happens so much, no matter how much complaints are made , they don’t care.

Experienced difficulties receiving a package. Staff went out of their way to assist with delivery, both the carrier and the office staff.

Post office didn't have any flat rate envelopes out. Had to wait in lime to ask for envelope, then enter the line again to pay for it

What a pleasure it is NOW to use the Deep Creek post office. The young man with the eyeglasses is efficient and very informative while performing his duties. There's no delay or drama. I am a satisfied customer of the DC post office. My mailman Arne is the best as well. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible customer service representative answered my call. Female customer service rep repeatedly put me on hold with no warning and responded to inquiries with snarky sarcastic responses. Completely rude and unprofessional behavior.
