This location doesn't take retail customers, but you don't know that until you get here. So why is there a sign out front to designate customer parking? Another example of why the USPS is failing.

Just had a delivery put “On Hold” due to animal interference. We have dogs but both were inside and my wife was sitting on the front porch. The driver pulled into our driveway, honked the horn, and then left. Then we got a notification the delivery was delayed. So either my wife is an animal, or we were supposed to come out to the driver’s vehicle and get it. So much for delivery service!

Ordering something internationally? Forget about it. They constantly lie about delivery info for my international packages. They'd much rather place a pink slip on my mailbox than knock on the door to have me sign for my package. When I go to pick up my "failed delivery" packages, my local mail truck is out delivering things. Why am I able to pick up my package at this location if the tracking number says its out for delivery on the truck? That means they actively lie about the status of my package and waste their pink slips. I guess I'll just use FedEx, DHL, or UPS from now on.

My experience today has taught me to verify who my online purchases ship with going forward. If it ships USPS I will absolutely refuse the purchase. Customers service with this place is nonexistent. Trying to get a human on the phone who can help is harder than stage 4 cancer. USPS has twice, said they tried to deliver a package but didn’t. I track my packages on the day they are supposed to be delivered. I would love nothing more than to get USPS held accountable!

Usally they are pretty good with stuff but lately they haven't seemed to of care as much. They never answer the phone, are a bit rude when you ask them questions. Idk if you have a quick drop off they're good but otherwise they are mediocre

This is NOT a "post office" it is a USPS distribution center. The Post Office is across the street in the mall.

I only have contempt for the usps now, after it costs 30 dollars to overnight mail, but it takes 3 days to get to you because they lost it. And not one office picks up the phone. I'd hire a dementia patient to deliver mail before these goons.

This location is only opened for four hours in the morning Mon-Fri. I can't just take time off of work to pick up the mail I had to put on hold. They service a large area with the most inconvenience times.

Consistently an excessive line, regardless if you come in the morning, mid-morning or afternoon. They either need additional front desk personnel or to streamline their customer service processes.
