PATRICIA is so rude! Every time I go there she has an attitude. She never speaks let alone smile and she isn't helpful. She's argumentative for no reason! I don't know how she got that job but they need to make her mean ass deliver the mail instead of dealing with the customers at the post office!!!

This place is absolutely atrocious. Horrible customer service, staff are rude and unprofessional. They have this policy where only one person is allowed to enter to get help at a time. A nanosecond after I accidentally walked into the lobby while someone else was in there the employee yelled at me to get out. She didn't politely say that only one person was allowed in at a time. It was almost like she was just waiting to snap at someone. Second time I've been in this office with both times getting rude and disrespectful service. There won't be a third.

Was supposed to have a packaged delivered today. I literally watched the mailman from my porch, drive up to my mail box and put a slip of paper saying he was unable to deliver the package because we weren’t home. This lazy prick just didn’t want to get out of his truck to deliver the mail.

HORRIBLE. They never answer the phone. Heaven forbid the carrier mis delivers something. You cant reach them to get ahold of the carrier in hopes of quickly rectifying the issue. I've been in here when they have watched the phone just ring and ring off the hook. Place is a joke. The lady at the counter always has an attitude. Mishandling mail and continuous disregard needs to be a federal offense like it would be if a civilian messed with it. This facility needs to be shut down. They are getting paid for doing nothing. I've had too many issues and I can't be the only one.

This division is NOT delivering mail!!! There has been no mail service since 2/13/25! No one answers the phone, no one responds to email. They increase rates for mailing for what? They don’t even have people working! I have been waiting on important mail but with no service and I mean literally they have completely stopped working how am I supposed to get my documents! I can’t believe how this facility literally doesn’t seem to exist anymore !

It might be the weather but even if the workers are all part time with no benefits and no uniforms but I know of numerous men who are not receiving business mail from the state !

I absolutely hate coming to this post office Everytime I come in here the big fat black lady has an attitude, I mean if you hate your job so much leave!!!? its better then poor customer service, I asked for a label to mail my package she told me to write it on the box I'm over getting this type of treatment I will not be returning
