Have lived in Chesapeake over a month and still have not received any mail. This post office claims that they do not have our mail but neither does our old post office. Every time we go in to ask about it they tell us they aren't able to help us.

Shout out to Devon and the other gentleman working with him at our local USPS. In a time when the postal service is often under strain and short staffed, these two continue to show up with grace, professionalism, and a genuine kindness that truly doesn’t go unnoticed! We came in for a passport appointment completely unprepared and not once did they make us feel like a hassle. Instead, they were incredibly helpful, and kind. That kind of grace goes such a long way, especially when you're already flustered as a customer. Thank you both for everything you do!

I just want to say what a dedicated mail person I have Her name is Shanna she went beyond her job it was she delivered a large package and it was raining she brought the package to my front door and range the bell it was a large package she could have left it on the small porch but she said she didn’t want my package to get wet so she brought it into the house for me so helpful thank you Shanna you are great at your job

Shipped international packages at nearly $200 for each and one box get sent back to this post office and I have no idea why. The main office gave me the number to call and no one answers the phone for 3 days. I finally get someone on the phone after being hung up on multiple times and she says they have to call me back. I would rather AI take over and be able to answer these calls because how do you answer the phone and then say we will call you back because we are busy making passport calls?! Smh

I live not too far from the PO but I do my mailing business at Janaf -- staff are friendly and accommodating. I just go to Battlefield to drop off my mail when they are closed to avoid any interaction.

I am not sure what they have going on, but I hope it gets better. I have had four packages go missing in the last year with no resolution. I get things delivered with no key to the parcel locker to retrieve the package. When I go inside, it's understaffed and unpleasant. I know this can be challenging as a career, but please do something about this. I cringe every time I have to select USPS for delivery.

Nobody answer the phone when you try to call. Someone took my package because it says deliver and then it wasn’t in my PO Box. I keep calling but nobody answers this is the worst!

This is the best post office I’ve been to in Virginia. It’s clean, and everyone is friendly. Kayla is very smart and her customer service is outstanding.

I've consistently received exceptional service at this post office, where every staff member has been kind and helpful, making it my go-to location. Even when I was disorganized and felt like a burden, the person assisting me showed remarkable patience and understanding.
