So, On 02 Mar 24 I purchased a phone online; I paid the extra money for two day delivery. Between Verizon and UPS something went wrong, and after five days of drifting around, my phone was "returned" to Verizon's Fort Worth warehouse. I was never informed of this; Verizon's website shows my order status as "delivered." Well I spent 8.3 hours between online automated chat (which is totally worthless), online chat with a rep (pretty much totally worthless), and four different calls with reps. Two were worthless; one was dropped; one was helpful. And two trips to Verizon's local Hub store. Verizon holds you hostage: 2-3 business days to evaluate the condition of the return? Why do I care? It was NEVER attempted to deliver. And then 7-10 business days to refund. So Verizon gets my money for two weeks. Good thing that I didn't need a phone, right? NEVER ORDER ONLINE WITH VERIZON. VERIZON BLOWS; THEY'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO SUCK.

I had a door to door salesman for fios try and set me up with phones as well, but he had my wife and I all sorts of screwed up, I’m not really sure what would have happened if we didn’t have the professional ability of Mrs. Olga to assist us! She was truly a blessing, thanks again Olga!

I went to this location to trade my watch in for the series 9 and i was welcomed by the manager Lee. When I walked inside all the agents were friendly and greeted me right away. The store was clean and very welcoming. Lee also did previous lines on my account so I initially wanted to continue to work with her. I was in and out of the store before I knew it! Fast service and straight to the point! She was attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions with ease. Any upgrades or starts of service I recommend her! Amazing service!

I cracked my phone at work and Lee helped me get a new one! She was even able to restore my contacts and help me get my some of my info back on the new phone. She took her time and was patient with the process. Great location!

Ms. Grise was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took her time to explain all my options thoroughly and answered every question in detail. She is highly professional and gave me her 150% full attention. Not to mention she stayed past her scheduled shift to make sure all of my contents from 2 separate phone lines had transferred. Absolutely best experience with no regrets. Ms. Grise made the experience enjoyable and has a beautiful personality that makes you feel heard. Thank you Ms. Grise! They were very nice to me when I had ankle surgery last August and needed help getting into my phone since I had not been able to upgrade the system while I was in the hospital and I didn't know how to find where I had to hontp upgrade it. They were so nice and were glad to help me.

Excellent service from Verizon employee Grace at the Battlefield Blvd store. She expertly guided me through the changing of my phone from a S21 to an S23. Her skillsets were very "professional" and all questions were expertly answered. This was by far the easiest phone transition I have ever done. Thank you Grace and the Verizon Battlefield Blvd store. I will definitely be doing business there in the future.

Do not come here for service unless you want to leave angry. The male sales representative had the worst attitude. Everything seemed to be an inconvenience to him. When I asked him if I should go somewhere else to get service, he said something along the lines of "you can go somewhere else to get service, but I have access to your account." I decided to go somewhere else. I will disconnect all services with Verizon and go with another carrier.

Came in to upgrade my phone and was greeted by Julie. I don't think I have ever been to Verizon and met someone as nice as she is. She is so helpful and didn't act like I was a bother asking her a million and one questions. She was very patient and went over everything with me. Before leaving she said if I had any questions don't hesitate to call her. I have had to call her three different times when I ran into problems. Every time was a pleasant experience. Just as pleasant as the first time I met her. Verizon hit the jackpot when she came to work for them.
