Today I went to this Verizon store to check on phones. I was met by Charles Keller who told his time with me and answered all the questions I had. He offered suggestions and did not push me to buy. I walked out of the store with a new Samsung Galaxy S25+. What a great phone and I want to thank this young man for all the help and guidance.

I went into this location after 2 hours at the greenbrier corporate site. Brandon Cox was sooo much more knowledgeable and willing to help. It turns out the corporate locations are always going to try to sell not help. Unfortunately I had to go back to the corporate store and have them take off the line I didn’t need and pay off the phone that took a swim, which I told them I would do. So 3 visits and 5 hours later I REGRET not going to see Brandon 1st. He will take care of you!! Keep doing you Brandon and thank you again for alllll your help.

Recently purchased a phone and had a tablet ordered for me. Went to the store yesterday as I had some issues with my phone and to pick up the tablet. Heavy set guy who I will refer to as Fatass was helping a young woman so I was looking around. Another young man came from a back room and I said Howdy. He acknowledged me and kept walking. Fatass finished with his costomer and asked if I needed help. Informed him that I had issues with my phone. In a Surely and Condescending manner asked why I didn't have the other employee help me. I figured that he was busy when he walked by me. After I had asked a couple of questions,Fatass arrogance became more prominent. When I informed him of his Arrogance, Fatass Rolled his Eyes, Shrugged his Shoulders and looked towards his fellow staff. I wonder how Fatass would look with permanently crossed eyes. The tablet that was ordered for me, Fatass knows where he can stick it.

Great store with awesome people. Working with the manager Eddie was very pleasant, personable, and provided me with an excellent customer experience. Eddie was super helpful and i definitely recommend going here for all your Verizon needs.

Stay away. An inexperienced salesman Kevan charged us $50 and didn't tell us we would be charged or why. Then lied about it along with the Store Manager Eddie.

My wife went into this store because of a faulty SIM card. They tried a SIM card swap and told her the phone needed to be replaced and that the only option was the iPhone 15. Her iPhone 13 was under warranty and the corporate Verizon ordered a replacement 13 for free, which the store knew and could have offered as an option. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS AT THIS STORE. 0 stars not an option and I will be switching carriers as soon as a good deal pops.
