After visiting the store today, I understand why they have such great reviews. Jason had great customer service and the manager was patient with him if he had any questions, using it as a teachable moment. They really worked well together as a team. I will definitely be visiting the store again if I need anything from Verizon in person. Great job guys!

We had an excellent experience at this store, although we have been to other Verizon stores in the area in the past. What stood out is the expertise and patience of Trevor, the manager, handling all of our concerns and questions. He was very knowledgeable and very honest to explain everything in great detail without any pressure. This will be the branch we will use for all of our future transactions and service going forward.

Trevor was amazing! He helped me on a Saturday , 1h30 past closing time. He helped me for 3hrs total (changing account new phone service and transfer data). I highly recommend him. He was kind patient and was answering every single questions my very inquisitive teenager had. Parker was also friendly and stayed the entire time as well. Great store and great team!

Corey was very patient and super helpful. He helped me with an issue I had that the other Verizon store in Edinburgh told me they couldn’t help me with. Would highly recommend this Verizon store and Corey!

The guys here really know the plans and deals. Helped us walk through our options and get the best deal. They also knew exactly how to help me with accounts that the Fios and Wireless merge had messed up. Not just a store. Great customer service! Will come back here for any future upgrades or service needs.

I had some issues with another store. I called this store and after speaking to Trevor at this Mt Pleasant location, he was pleasant and understanding. He let me vent my frustrations and offered me solutions. I highly recommend this Mt Pleasant Verizon location to everyone! Thanks Trevor for your help! Parker was AMAZING! Personable, smart, and incredibly kind. He validated my experience with the finicky eSIMS when getting the new iPhone, explained everything as he did it, and his positivity was a great start to my day. Give this man a raise yesterday. This guy deserves it! Incredible customer service. Will go back!

I came to the store a few months ago and spoke with I think his name was Cameron about a new phone he was super nice and gave a lot of info but I was not ready. I came back to move forward I just had a few questions and got very little help and was told I should go to a corporate store!
