The people behind the counter in the pharmacy take forever. They have no idea of how to check you out put your card on Express pay find your prescription the lines are at least a half an hour to an hour long it is totally ridiculous

I just left my prescriptions at walgreen after waiting an hour, every available staff was looking for, the first person of the 6 in line, lost medication. Instead of helping the next in line while the other staff person continued to look. Isnt there a manager or at the very least anyone with organization skills?

Always a long wait just for Rx pick up. Really need to have a backup person for pharmacy windows to assist when the one & only dedicated staff is very busy. They seem unconcerned that customers are waiting sometimes 30 minutes or more in line!

Management needs to hire more people for pharmacy. Every time I come here, no matter what hour of the day or evening, there are long lines both inside and drive thru. The pharmacy folks are doing their best but this is just not enough staff to service the demand in this area.

Always a good clean store! Quite but busy. Also always pretty well stocked! Mostly wanted to get on here to talk about the amazing sales they had on toys today!! 2-11-22. I stopped in just to look while my littles were in school and I was sucked into all the amazing deals on the toys! I did see a sign that said they have a lot of left over Christmas toys. I found some as low as $3.49 and some for $6 such great deals. A lot of the sales were for little kids. They also already had a few valentines items marked down. Mostly candles. I did find two supper cute baby yoda cups but one get one 40% off! If you stop in you might find some great deals!

It's Flu season and the kids were out of school for Teacher Work Day (smart move, day after Halloween) so this was the perfect opportunity to get all of our flu shots. I asked my SIL and my niece to join in on the fun haha. My SIL and I decided, get them the shot and bribe the children with ice cream afterwards. Sounded like a solid plan. After making the trek to my SIL's go-to pharmacy, we discovered that they stopped taking walk ins recently and was now by appointment only. So, we called this Walgreens, located in Hanbury Village if they would take us. They told us that they operated mostly on appointments, but if we walked in, they would try to squeeze us between appointments, but could not guarantee a wait time. With a can-do attitude and lots of wishful thinking, we decided to head to Walgreens with our children and take our chances. Check in was a breeze. The lady behind the computer at the pharmacy counter was courteous and very speedy with her typing. Once she input all of our info, we were called on the other side of the counter to fill out and sign the paperwork. Shortly thereafter, we were called into the vaccination room. The pharmacist who administered the flu vaccines was really nice and super patient as my youngest child screamed like a banshee and protested in taking the shot, despite the promise of ANYTHING she wanted at the ice cream shop. The pharmacist did not flinch and just stood there patiently until finally my youngest gave in and let her administer the shot. Thank freaking goodness! She also told us how lucky we were that there had been 5 appointments but they were all no-shows. My lucky day! Thank goodness for Walgreens and their staff, the kids and I are armed for the season! Stay safe, Friends!

I get my photos done here, they're usually really kind and prompt, but I went in recently and there was a VERY rude employee named Noel. If that even is his name. It was an older man

Had a set time for a flu shot and still waiting for over 30 mins.. only 2 people have come up for prescriptions. See about 5 white jackets, just like to get my shot and get back to work. I will continue to count the time until someone calls me.

Wow just used the curbside pick up via their app. I placed order and received an email it was ready within 10 minutes. I was nearby so I pulled in and tapped "I am here" on the app and boom my order was brought to my car within minutes. Great service and so easy.

Lousy customer service. Visited 04.13.20 and when I checked out I was told by cashier they do not take debit or credit cards. Cash only. Yes, really during COVID-19 cash only. I asked why that wasn’t communicated with customers entering the store and the employee said she put a note on the door that no one can obviously see. She had an attitude and made me feel like I did something wrong questioning why they are not accepting debit or credit cards.
