Don’t get your medicine filled here. Going on week number 3 of “oh it will be ready tomorrow”. Even though I have emails saying it’s ready for pick up.

This is the WORST Walgreens I have EVER been to. It’s the closest one to my place and I am always irritated and pissed off by the time I leave. I’ve seen CRACKHEADS run Walgreens better. I’m not kidding. One time I wanted 15 minutes no exaggeration at the register and there was legit no employee in the store. Every time I come into this Walgreens thinking it’s gonna be a quick two minute trip- it turns into a 15 minute ordeal because no one will come to the register to help me and the manager is super rude and just does not even acknowledge customers, I’ve seen him even yell and belittle the other employees.

These stars are for the pharmacy only. The store itself is 4 stars. The pharmacy regularly messes up prescriptions but never tells customers of their errors, so you must be vigilant. They gave me a week week supply instead of a 3 month supply. This screwed up my insurance and it's not the first time that it has happened. After a few weeks, my insurance finally told me that they underfilled the order because they didn't have enough, but never told me that. Stick to paying for delivery. It's worth not getting a headache.

Literally hate these people that work here, had a prescription that I needed to get refilled, was told today I could come pick it up that it would be ready at around 3. I show up at 3 and was told it'll be ready in 30min and to wait, waited and came back inside to then be told that is wasn't ready due to the fact that it was too early to refill, why tf didn't you tell me this hours ago, could have saved my gas/time, the people they have employed are SLOW, one girl was wearing a white bucket on her head when I pulled up WORST WALGREENS!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL BE MOVING TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY ASAP

I left this location before and had to return for pickup reasons. I am always given the run around. They ask for phone number for updates and never got an update of my script being ready. Script still wasn't ready when I got there on the day to return. Please do better for us communication wise.

Worst pharmacy to use. Never fully staffed. And the people that do work there clearly hate their job. Waited on the phone for 43 minutes just to be hung up on. Waited infrive thru line for over 30 minutes just to be told they are short staffed and wouldn't get to my prescription today. So frustrating and not helpful when someone needs meds.

The photo printing service here is very bad. When you need to consult about printing problems, they will just ask you to wait. And when someone wants to help you, a female employee will jump out to arrange more work for them, just to prevent her from helping you! As a result, I waited for an hour and no one helped me. And this female employee has a bad attitude. When she was collecting money from customers, she kept saying that other employees were lazy and she was the only one working. The manager had the same attitude. Even if you give the worst evaluation, it will not affect her at all!

Since changing personel, the pharmacy department NEVER answer the phone, they tell you that your prescription will be filled later today or tomorrow. You go to pick it up, stand in a long line, and they tell you, "it's not ready"! They are endangering people's health and lives by not having their medicine ready in a timely manner! It's as if they take your prescription and throw it away. Then on top of that they're closing the pharmacy earlier and earlier. What are they doing when they close early, NOTHING! If something doesn't change soon, they could be held liable for someone's death! It is outrageous the time we spend going back and forth to pick up "unready" prescription after as much as 3 days to a week. Will it take a death or lawsuit for management to take action? Customer are tired of waiting, being lied to, and no compassion being shown by the pharmacy staff for a person’s health nor pain. We need our medicine otherwise our doctors would not have prescribed it! We've got to find a new pharmacy!

Absolutely take your business elsewhere. The customer service is the worst, i tried 4 different times to pick up 1 medication only to be told on the 4th time that it would be ready in 2 hours. I tried to call and waited for over 45 minutes to talk to a person.

Battlefield & Volvo - was told yesterday they're closing in 30 mins prescription would be ready today. Went there today before their lunch & was told, oh its not ready yet. Waited 2 hrs to be told sorry we don't have it. The worst experience with a pharmacy ever. Never again, they deserve a O. Very unprofessional with no ethics at all..
