Constant prescription issues. Nothing is ever right. Long lines all the time and been on the phone for 25 minutes just to verify they are using the correct fax number to the Dr. All they do is answer the phone and hang back up keeping me on hold. I'm bring totally ignored...

Prescriptions are never ready. They tell you one hour and you come back the next day and it still isn’t ready. I’ve been trying a whole week to get ONE prescription. I could’ve developed and patented my own drug by now.

Pharmacy is a total mess, everyone is taking breaks or on their phones!, head pharmacist sitting out front by the sliding door smoking and on his phone while a line forms inside being told all their prescriptions are not filled yet. What a shit show.

Went in to purchase items, had to use the lady's room, I didn't know where it was, asked politely can I use it, she directed me to it, reached the area saw thar there was a pad code, I didn't try to open it, I assumed she may have forgot that I would need a code. Her response was you don't need a code, you can literally turn the handle and go in. It was how she said, being SASSY. As soon as I was done I let know how she handle that situation with her words could have been handled different. I was going to purchase the 2 things I left on the counter, told her I will not need to purchase from this location.

My daughter got sick and scheduled the very first COVID test she could get on the Walgreens App which was at the 1316 N. Battlefield Blvd location. We arrive for her appointment only to be rudely told that they don't do the tests there and no one has even been trained on how to do them. We asked for options on locations that does do the tests and we were brushed off with a "Call Around" response.Thankfully we called our local Walgreens at S. Military Hwy and the promised to work us right in.Walgreens at the corner of "happy and healthy" ?Avoid the N Battlefield Location if you want to be cared for! S. Military Hwy is the location that cares and lives up to the motto!!!

This Walgreens location has consistently provided poor service in the pharmacy department. The drive thru lane moves extremely slow & is inefficient, when you're simply needing to pickup medication.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Went up there 2 days ago for a prescription and was told to wait a few minutes while they got it ready. Ended up leaving due to waiting 30 minutes and came back today. They tell me today that my prescription changed and it’s actually over the counter now with the new dosage. Wish they would have told me that before I came in again and wasted more time. I also had to pick up 2 more prescriptions today and was told that one was ready and one was not. Again was told to wait a few minutes and they’d call me up. I waited for an hour. Went through the line again and the pharmacist said “yeah that’s been done for an hour”. I was sitting there waiting for an hour and no one decided to tell me it was ready when I told them I was gonna wait here for it and was sitting right in front of the pharmacy. Then I ask to get the one that was ready in the first l place and they couldn’t find it. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I understand they are short staffed but it would take 2 seconds to let me know my prescription was ready like they told me they would. I will NEVER go back here

This pharmacy needs help ASAP! I can say you could be overwhelmed but you dont have to be rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! This place will have to shut down at some point when people decides to go somewhere else unless they place more pharmacy staff. Awful experience! Do not go here. 3 hrs for a vaccine! They wont honor your scheduled appt online. No point of doing that :-(

Don’t bother making an appointment for a vaccine. You’ll wait in a VERY LONG LINE just like everyone else. Customer service is terrible. Rude. Rude. Rude. We waited for THREE HOURS despite having appointments. What’s the point of scheduling?

The pharmacy is horrible! I get a recorded message telling me my medications are ready for pick-up. Then drive up there to wait no less than 30 min. every time & then be told that scripts are not ready. When you call you are put in hold then tormented by the mess that comes on every few sec. "Were sorry, all pharmacist are working with 3 or more calls. Just put me on hold & maybe every 2 min.the recording can cone on. . It's like waterboarsing torture! This pharmacy has to get it together!

Pharamacy does a great job, for being as busy as they are! Posted signs indicate that pharmacies are falling in line with the "remote" trend, many "standard" Rx will be filled and verified elsewhere, then sent here. Pharmacist could not find my vaccine appointment even though I had my confirmation number. She could not have been more apologetic, and I know that's a function of technology and not human error. Still, be EARLY for appointments, because they wil almost certainly be a line! And plan ahead to drop off Rx to pick up later. Be kind to staff, y'all!

This pharmacy has been consistently understaffed or staffed for several years, with workers stuck in sleepy mode and suffering from burnout. They seem to be on top of getting their breaks on time though! You will frequently be met with long lines and wait times inside and in the drive-thru lane. Times often exceed 30 to 45 minutes. There have been times {recently] that after receiving a call or text that the prescription is ready, only to find out after a long wait in drive-thru that only part of it is ready. Let's just say this location sucks! It's faster to cancel the prescription, have your Dr. move it to another pharmacy down the street [any brand], and pick it up there.

I have had some of the same frustrating experiences as others who commented here but Pharmacist Jackie went above and beyond today for me when there was an issue with a prescription I picked up last week! The issue was resolved promptly and I am so thankful for her. Keiko and Jessica are also awesome technicians! The entire team just seems to be better each time I visit. 10 ?
