I've literally been sitting here since they have opened the pharmacy and the male with long hair told me to sit down and wait when I was told 15 minutes I been here for an hour. He was super rude and the tone wasn't needed. I was told it was ready yesterday so why is it not filled. 100% need better management

A young woman named Mercedes and her fellow coworker did not want to cut my photos of two men that are currently deployed because I did not pay 18$ for a passport sized photo. Keep in mind I paid for the 4x6 photos, and wanted them to be cut into 2x2 photos. I called them passport photos, but there was no intention in using them for passports, it was solely to give to their wive's as a wallet photo since the servicemembers are deployed. She then laughed and said something under her breath.

Between the past two experiences with this place save yourself the stress and go to a different location.
Took forever to get a basic prescription and a week later went to get basic photos done for a passport and they didn’t even have a camera to do so.

This Pharmacy is the worst. Takes days to fill prescriptions and they take forever. Some of the Pharmacy staff is also rude. They’re also closed on weekends which is annoying! Cant even be open until noon on Saturday??? Transferring my prescriptions out to another so I never have to deal with this pharmacy again.

They don’t keep enough staff to have good customer service, and now they’re closed on Saturdays and Sundays. They’re slow getting prescriptions ready.

These pharmacy’s are getting ridiculous. I called at 9 am to have my prescription filled was told it would be ready by 12 pm. I go on the app to check the status and it says still processing and filling my prescription. Ok fine so right before I get off work at 4:45 I look on the app again and see now it’s delayed. So I call and they tell me that they ran out and have to order more. How is that when I called first thing this morning. No phone call to me to let me know so I can call my doctor and have her send a new prescription to another pharmacy since I’m completely out of my meds now. Something needs to be done. I thought this pharmacy was better than cvs because I went through the same stuff with them. Also Walgreens needs to talk to their employees about answering the phone and chewing food while talking to a customer on the phone. It’s disgusting at least chew with your mouth closed because it was that obvious. Simple minded

Outstanding customer service! I called this Walgreens in hopes that they would have my daughters insulin in stock. Unfortunately they did not but Annie was so helpful! She was able to check local inventory and found another Walgreens that had the full prescription amount. Not only did she find one but she called them personally to verify they had it and then transferred the prescription for me! She was so nice and courteous throughout the whole process. I have been a Walgreens customer for more than 10 years and have never received this level of customer service. Thanks Annie!

I like this location because of the great customer service. It is rare to find new employees here because most of them are happy. The employees are eager to assist you in finding your items.

I like this location because of the great customer service. It is rare to find new employees here because most of them are happy. The employees are eager to assist you in finding your items. I came in here today for a UPS package pickup. Everyone was helpful. I shopped here for cute gifts, too. They have a great selection of toys, household small appliances, and some home decor items that work well for family and friends. I have not used the pharmacy in a few years.
