The worst. Rude and inefficient pharmacy.
Edited: this Walgreens has violated my HIPAA and transferred my prescriptions to a Walmart that I didn’t authorize or know where it is located.

Terrible customer service at the Pharmacy. I would not recommend. The hours are wrong on the website and on the window. Intend on complaining to the owner/corporate as well as informing the Virginia Board of Pharmacy. The Walgreens at Hanbury was great

I want to personally give recognition to the hard working pharmacists and staff here. I have always treated them with kindness, compassion and patience. In return they show me the same, with an added bit of humor sometimes lol. Laughter is good for the soul 🧡 Thank you Walgreens!

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally feels like I am waiting in line for a rollercoaster on a packed day at an amusement park except in the Walgreens line their are only about ten people but it takes like thirty minutes per customer. They really need do do something about this. I would rather go to the DMV then go here....

This is the DMV of pharmacies. 20-30 minutes per customer, meaning you can be waiting on line for hours just for the privilege of them telling you what you're looking for isn't in stock. Whether it's poor training, or a culture of just not caring in this place, if you value your time you certainly have options. The ones near greenbrier parkway aren't nearly as bad, and there's also CVS.

If you want your simple prescription filled in a timely, uncomplicated fashion that doesn’t require phone calls, multiple visits, and calls to your provider who verifies the error is on Walgreens each and every time-go elsewhere.

Picking up my last Rx from this awful Pharmacy. Last month, i waited at the drive-thru for 20 minutes, called to ensure i would be served because it was close to closing time, told yes don't worry. Get to the window, closed slammed in my face, go inside and the Pharmacy tech is yelling at me through the closed gate for my info.
This month, i call on monday, told my Rx would be ready on Tuesday because hevhad to order it. It's Wednesday, oh it'll bevready tomorrow I have to order it. It's a hassle to switch pharmacies because of the type of drug so after this one I'm done! I live 5 minutes from this Walgreens, but I'll drive 45 minutes to go anywhere else. Once you finally fill my Rx you will not get my business again. I spend at least $169 a month for 1 Rx, not counting everything else I get from there. Anywhere has to be better. God I miss RiteAid being across the street. Even members of my home owners association is sick of walgreens and told me they stopped going already. Wish i would've quit sooner, I'd actually have my Rx.

They Love to put you on hold for well over 10 mins and then disconnect the line. Not to mention being rude. This has happened SEVERAL times now. Good luck being treated like a normal person here :-/

Customer service is horrible. Prescriptions are never ready on time. I was told today it would be 3-4 days to get a refill. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Pharmacy at this location is awesome!!!
Oksana and all her peers at the pharmacy are consumate professionals, super courteous, kind, and gracious. Even when they are inundated and overwhelmed, they get the job done and with smiles on their faces!
Other Walgreens should be educated and trained by this team.
Walgreens leadership / management, PLEASE recognize these outstanding folks publicly!!!

The only pharmacy in my area of course that helps however they're also friendly and I love the products they also carry on the side mainly use the pharmacy however I was at least get ice cream yum ?

This review is solely based on the pharmacy.Drop off prescription, you are told come back at x time. You go there at x time and wait 30 min to be told its not ready but should be done before they close. Call and wait on hold for 20 min to be told they don't have it. Try the next day and they still don't have it.You say to your self it must just be an off day for them but each time its the same.If you health relies on a prescription, putting your trust in this pharmacy will only hurt your health.

I called Tuesday to check if they carried a prescription, I carefully spelled it out. They said yes so my doctor sent over the Rx. I go there on Thursday to pick it up only to discover they don’t carry it.Thanks for wasting my time.

My child and I were supposed to get our Covid booster and it was canceled the day of and before by Walgreens for not having the shots. If you don't have them then i shouldn't of been able to make the appointments. Now we are scrambling to find where to go since we were we were lied to.
