So I pre-ordered my prescription online on Thursday around 2:45 as I do every month with same day delivery from Walgreens on Battlefield Blvd and Mt pleasant. On Friday at 8 pm I received a text saying delivery was cancelled because driver couldn't finish deliveries. I called Walgreens on Saturday they said it was out for delivery. I called back at 6 pm, I received a rude unprofessional lady that said she was the acting supervisor today. I inquired about my prescription status and she said it was cancelled, I need to call Uber and reschedule the pick up for my delivery. I said Mam this is not my fault and I setup delivery with Walgreens for same day and I am still waiting on it, I shouldn't have to call uber. She said well it was nothing she could do so I can wait for Monday when the manager will return. Long story short, on Monday morning I picked up my medicine myself. I have not spoken to a manager and I still have not received my delivery fee refund. I suggest they provide more training in customer service, counter and over the phone, communication and conflict resolution. Integrity is everything. Before they loose more customers. I am pulling mine, mom and dads prescriptions from there. I will never use them again.

Caleb in the pharmacy was extremely helpful, kind and patient with my husband and I as we worked through issues with our new insurance in approving my husband’s diabetic meds.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to! The pharmacist was spoken with last night about the emergency situation with meds my father is in. Today they were called around the time they opened and we were ASSURED that his meds would be done within an hour... well 4 hours later I went up there and was told they haven't even been touched yet. WHY TELL ME THEY WILL BE READY IN A HOUR AND LIE ABOUT IT??? Told them the situation my father was in and that it was URGENT to get his meds. This isn't even the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time I've had issues with them. One of the women who had answered the phone last week or so was completely rude and dismissive when my father called with concerns. SOMETHING needs to change with this place. I'm already looking to take my business elsewhere regarding prescriptions!

Pharmacy is absolutely terrible! They have an automated call that lets you know medicine is ready, I stop in to get it and wait 15 min to even be spoken to after making eye with several people! Call Dad is said and done. I’m told even though my medicine was called in on the 25th and this is the first of my medicine is indeed not ready! With a 2.6 google review rating and constant bad service won’t be surprised to see them out of business next year!

Used to be my go to pharmacy. 5 stars all day. For the past 5 years plus. Now my medication refills are being processed without me asking for them to even be refilled I don't use auto refill or tried using the app. Which results in my doctor trying to figure out what the hell is going on and rightly so bc id like to know the same thing. But the pharmacy is closed!!!!!! So this place is a jk an embarrassment. Use to be professional and now can't keep medications in or stay open. Just ?

Yesterday I woke up with an acute double ear infection, which has been miserable. The ear drops prescribed to me were unavailable at my usual walgreens, but the pharmacist encouraged me to call others to check if they might be in stock elsewhere. I called this location, and the lady who picked up was very pleasant. She confirmed they did have the drops, and could have it ready in half hour. I am SO grateful for her! Braxton was working at the window and was very nice as well. Thank you guys so much!

We were customers for the last 15 years and it’s now a ridiculous challenge to obtain your medication. The pharmacy is closed intermittently, without prior notice and your medications are literally held hostage until the pharmacist feels like working. Never in my life have I seen anything like it. Trying to transfer our prescriptions is also a challenge because, hello, the other location needs to communicate with this one. I feel really bad for folks that may have very urgent, life saving medications there and can’t get them when they need them.

This Walgreens needs to get their stuff together. Someone doesn't show up to work, so they close the whole pharmacy...when people need to pick up prescriptions. Very unprofessional

Show up to pick up my prescription, which is needed daily and this nice piece of paper on the door stating closed at 3 sorry for the inconvenience.. When are these large corporations going to held accountable. Pretty sure Kroger or Walmart stay open at the published times.

Hours posted are for opening at 9:00 am. Girl strolls in at 9:12 am, says, "Oh, just running behind." Then proceeds to leave pharmacy and goes somewhere else. Meanwhile, I have a kid at home sick and in need of medicine. I'm definitely moving my prescriptions somewhere else. Didn't open until after 9:15 am.
