It's crazy, I like walmart but making a purchase there is so infuriating. I found my $200 item and proceed to check out area and not a single checkout line open, only self serve!
Do we not spend enough money here to hire checkout clerks or are they just walking around talking instead of working?
I stand in line, waiting 8 minutes to ring up and bag my own items and then the "asset protection" guy wants to see my receipt.... yall need to get cashiers working so you dont have to employ someone to stand around with their hands in their pockets at the door wanting to verify my receipt to see if I rang all my items up correctly before i leave.
If you were really concerned about theft, you would stand there and watch people ring their items up! Dude, go back to talking to the cop and your coworkers!
I want my W-2 tax form mailed to my house for all the "self checkout" I do so I can file it on my taxes!
This is why I do so much online shopping, Amazon has yet to have me drive the van to deliver my own purchases!

Never place a pickup order or pick up an order from this Walmart. The wait times are usually bad but after waiting for 40 minutes I canceled the order. I tried calling the pickup orders, the store operator, and HR no answer for any.

I avoid going here at all costs unless it’s for a handful (literally) of items. If I need a cart or any number of things I’d rather walk barefoot on broken glass for any number of miles to get to any other store because 1) Every cart at this store is a giant POS. Literally none of them track straight, you’d think these would be on some sort of replacement plan, but apparently not. 2) If, by the grace of God, you manage to get a cart full of goods around the store and back to the front for checkout, you’ll be stuck using a self checkout with a 2 square foot area for bagging your cart full of stuff because there’s hardly ever any traditional lanes open.

Trash on the ground while two employees stand infront of it chatting away. A Bluetooth speaker blairing, and I mean blairing music. Not only do I hear Walmart radio in the background I have to hear 2 other employees blasting their music. It’s too much. I can’t wait til’ Publix opens up.
