Rideshare driver, got a flat on the street outside (picking up a passenger here), had to wait a few hours for a tow.
Employees were gracious, kept an eye on me for safety, and allowed me use of the bathroom. Everything was clean and well-lit, bathroom was neat and tidy. 10/10 would get a flat here again.

Hadn't needed to go to a laundry mat in decades. Staff was really helpful! 🙂
