Although the food, especially the hoagies are really good the service is dodgy at best. Sometime when I come in I can get my food from the shelf immediately and sometimes I have to wait in line and ask for it behind the counter which takes a lot longer. Also if you order a drink you sometimes have to go around to the drink section to pick it up separately from your food which isn’t convenient when the store is packed. It seems like this location could use more workers to help speed things up. I wish the pick up process was streamlined as well.
Update I am still waiting on my sandwich

Me and my fiancé at here and we ate half of our subs we got and ended up in the bathroom and then the handcraft pizza we got wasn’t even edible it was nasty as can be

They could alleviate a lot of problems they have with online pickups by displaying where to pick up items. Because the locations change sometimes. A simple handwritten sign would solve a lot of problems.

Never called my number when I ordered food it was just sitting there all spread out, my sub was significantly smelling length and filling wise I don’t get what’s going on. Plus, people ignore you when you try to ask them questions

Came in around 9PM on a Friday night. Ordered 3 items, received only 2 and both were made wrong. The sandwich I ordered was missing entirely after waiting close to 45 minutes. The person making the order kept asking questions about what's on the sandwich as if the order wasn't on the screen. This was by far the worst service I've received from WaWa. The workers act like they're incompetent & don't know what they're doing.

Was picking up a doordash order told one of the employees who I was there for , told me it would be done in a few.. saw them putting the bag together & when they were done no one acknowledged me just standing there as they called out other orders. literally 5 -7 mins passed..

Disappointed! The prices continue to go UP and food continues to get Smaller ! $9 bucks for a 4” Burrito, I can spend same at Chipotle but get twice the food !

Every single time we order food here they are out of so many items. You don’t know until after you pay. Who is out of eggs, hashbrown, bread at 9 am on the weekend? This Wawa is. Don’t waste your time
