The attendees are always pleasant and never had an issue with my food or special drinks at this location. Only downfall for me personally is that there hasn't been any Whatchamacallit's in stock...other than that, this store is great compared to others that I've been to.

I come every morning with my brothers. Literally every morning they are their. Coffee isn't always available and that's the whole reason we're stopping here. If you have multiple varieties of coffee they need to be available at all times. There's no reason I shouldn't be able to get the coffee I want on my way to work at 4 am. Ridiculous only having two varieties up. As someone who also works at a gas station and needs to keep stuff like this available to customers this is frustrating.

They just opened a few years ago and they already have a local reputation as being one of the worst Wawas. Congratulations, I guess. Personally? I always order extra cheese, because I want to be dead before I'm 50, and there's no way they were giving it to me. So, I ordered two subs... one with extra cheese, and one without. Guess what? Same amount of cheese on both. No Jean, no money.

The coffee area was a mess
The store generally was not impressive. There was only one person at the cash register and the transactions ahead of me were time consuming. I will not go to this location again on my way home to North Carolina. I hope your Wilmington location is not like this.

in the beginning of the season i asked what time they were cutting turkey bowls off…. they said never… i knew that wasn’t true…. low and behold… here is it a week before thanksgiving and they cut turkey bowls off at 9pm every single night.🙄

Try to go to a different Wawa if you can, especially if you’re looking for a coffee in the morning. Every other Wawa I have ever been in in my life had two pots of each variety running at all times, but this one runs one pot at a time and is completely incapable of keeping up with the morning coffee rush. I really wish whoever runs this Wawa would go to another Wawa and actually see how it’s operated.

love this place but they always forget something like my sour cream which i payed an extra $3 for and didn’t get any. service isn’t bad and neither is the place itself but sometimes they could care a bit more about the food there.

Filthy bathrooms both men and women. Doors exiting building coveres in dirty handprints looked like they hadn't been cleaned/wiped down in weeks.

Firstly I have been coming to this location since it opened. App is wrong on what in the store 50% of the time. 50% of the time my food is wrong. 90% I have to wait anywhere from 5 to 30 mins to get my food regardless if I ordered ahead by half an hour or more.

I really like this place. Great food, coffee, tea n snacks. Love the self checkout. It's nice how the menu was changed and upgraded. I love going there in the winter for hot tea or coffee and a doughnut.

Please everyone, stay away from this store! Of all the Wawas I've frequented in hampton roads, this is the worst. Two times now I've ordered food, it was never made, and the workers there could care less. When they do make the food, there a good chance the order is wrong. (Practically every food order in last two years had an issue). They are always running out of inventory, which is a store problem as much busier locations dont have that problem as often. They are the only Wawa on the planet that doesn't have coffee between 8pm and 3am. (They supposed to, they just to care to make it). People in parking lot are always harassing you for money. Back lot parking is a pain because there are always trucks and trailers parking perpendicular directly behind the parking spots. If you really need Wawa, go to the Portsmouth location on Victory. As for me, after 2 years dealing with this trash store im done with Wawa all together. There are plenty of fast food around and more coming. There are two 7-11's that have never ran out of inventory of the stuff I regularly get. Plus, both 7-11 are guaranteed to have fresh coffee at night for us night shift people. Stay away from this store, it and this company really, dont deserve your money when there are better options right around the corner.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. I have no clue what is going on with this 757 are and their wawas but it seems like its a hard thing to make fresh coffee. Its either cold or they are out. And its everyday. Might as well brew my own at home
