Shopping for a new mattress was the greatest experience I have had anywhere. We got everything we neeed and didn’t have to sacrifice our desires. Kris was amazing helping us with our needs and we are definitely coming back.

I saw a furniture set on Facebook marketplace. Nancy helped me to find a store in my location. I was able to get pre approved online. Mellisa, was a great help in the store. I walked in and was out with a delivery date within an hour!

We just purchased a new sofa and loveseat set and a new mattress with the help of Kris! Both were a great price compared to other furniture stores around here. We got a 5 year warranty for the couches which is awesome bc we have pets and kids. We even got two bamboo pillows as a gift for buying there to go with our comfy new mattress. Thank you so much for everything Kris!

We walked in and were greeted right away! I had seen the black leather sectional on FB advertising and message them directly and they gave me information quickly. Went in the store and walked out with a delivery scheduled for our brand new couch! We were helped with the financing right in the store as well. Can’t wait to receive our first big purchase for our home. Definitely recommend and might go back for a bedroom set!

I was looking for this specific storage kitchen table with storage bench for almost 6 months. Found it at Wayne’s Furniture. I sent a photo via email and received a fast response that they had it in their warehouse. A few more emails and they brought the table to the Chesapeake store, assembled for me to view. Awesome Customer Service.Walking into the store, it’s clean and well organized. No sales people jumped on you.Wonderful experienceI did buy the table but the one in the showroom had a little nick so they are having another shipped for pickup.I was surprised and would recommend Wayne’s Furniture

Patrick & Melissa were AWESOME! From the moment we stepped foot in the door. We went in looking for a specific set which was sold but, they both went above and beyond to make sure we got something better! We didn’t even plan on buying a mattress but got that too! They will always get my furniture business. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
