Botched my phone repair! Cracked screen replacement. They also replaced the back, after breaking it, and left an internal screw loose, didn't install the waterproof seal, instead, placed tape over my NFC and wireless charging device, which would have also failed, and sides of the back would not even touch! Manager, Krista, laughed when I asked for a $30 credit to spend my time to bring it back (3hr round trip). Ended up taking it to the facility in Mechanicsville to fix it properly (I happened to have an appointment in town there). Kudos to the Mechanicsville staff!So... I just received a reply from the Chesapeake's store owner. They stated that there is no record of the phones back being replaced. To rebut, my phone had scratches on the back, intact, but scratched from my wife keeping it in her purse. It is now "pristine". The store employee also explained that the back must be removed to replace the front. That was concurred with the Mechanicsville manager, is that the original may have been damaged during it's removal. That's fine. However, after the "repair", the phone was still in worse shape, and no longer functional for underwater pictures, after it's return to me. That is still unacceptable, as is the response from the owner. I was also given an offer to be put me back in touch with the "Mechanicsville" store. Talk about passing-the-buck! So much for taking accountability for a mistake and making it right.

Repair Order RA2483160 - I took my phone, a Pixel, to have a battery put in on Wednesday, August 21, 2019. I left it there at approximately 5:00 PM and was assured it would be ready by 7:00 PM. I received a call shortly after 7:00 saying they had bad news. They had broken the screen in the process of fixing the phone. They told me they had ordered a new screen that would be in by 10:30 Am the next morning and it would be repaired within 20 minutes. I explained that I was upset, because I was going out of town the next day, August 22. I picked it up at 1:34 PM the next day. It appeared to be working but the battery was at 46%. I made a comment to the salesman that I thought they would have at least charged the battery. I paid the bill and left. About a half hour to an hour down the road, I made a phone call. Then I decided to plug my phone in to the charger. I checked it a few minutes later and it hadn't charged any. I assumed the charger wasn't plugged in well, so I check that, the charging signal was working, and I continued on. About an hour later, it hadn't charged a bit. My drive was 6 1/2 hours away, so when I arrived I plugged it into my wall charger. Still nothing. Overnight, still nothing. The next morning I called the store and spoke with Patrick, the commercial sales manager. I told him my problem, and he apologized. I asked him what we were going to do. He said, you need a new phone and we'll pay for it. I explained to him, that I was in a small town in NC and didn't know where the nearest Verizon dealer was but I would contact my representative in Norfolk and have him locate one. He said that would be fine. My Verizon rep called me and said he had located a corporate store in Boone, NC. He also said he had spoken with Patrick and told him a new phone would be around $700. He said Patrick said fine, just send him a receipt and he would give the store a credit card over the phone. When we got to the Boone store, the salesman said they couldn't take a credit card over the phone. I contacted Patrick and told him that and suggested I pay for it with my credit card and he reimburse me. He said that would be fine, so I did. I paid for the phone and texted Patrick the amount $960.74. He immediately called me and said they couldn't pay that. They were thinking around $100 for a phone off Amazon. I explained that we had never discussed a used phone and that I had been very clear as to what we were doing. Yes, I was getting a new phone as he had authorized, not a phone from some hack. My phone is not being made anymore and this was a newer model, but I didn't break the phone, they did. After some discussion, he offered $200 and I told him that wasn't acceptable. Since he wasn't living up to what he said, and this didn't seem to be going anywhere, I told him I would take $450 and no less. He said they couldn't do that. At that point, I said that we'd have to let the judge figure it out. Besides the $960.74, I had to have a new case and replace the glass screen protector that they broke as well. That was another $50. Since I had this done, someone else told me they broke their screen on their phone a year ago as well.

Went to Batteries Plus on Battlefield Blvd. to get my phone fixed. A very informative person named Cass assisted me with not only getting my phone fixed but showing me things about my phone and it’s usages that I did not know. They also fixed my phone in a timely fashion. Excellent service

I contacted this location for battery rebuilds on two batteries for a SnapOn Impact. I dropped them off and a day later they were done. Price was incredibly reasonable, about $90 for the two! I will be bringing all my batteries here now.

I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus on Wednesday and cracked the screen so I went on google and searched for a place that could repair it and came across we Fix it Phone Repair so I schedule a appointment on line for Friday also received a $10.00 coupon off the cost for the repair. My battery was not lasting a day on a full charge so I decided to have a replacement at the same time, dropped off my phone at 10:30am and it was ready to be picked up at 11:45 and I was very happy with the repairs and the great customer service also the price. Thank You, Stan

They get a 1 because I do not think it's proper for the owner to put his or her employee in a bad situation. I took my phone in to get repaired and it turned out the home button no longer worked on my phone. Needless to say it was now 9pm and I had one option to leave it or the second option to bring it back the next day. I chose to bring it back. I dropped it off yet again and still they could not get the home button to work. So they refunded my money and sent me to Apple. They also put my original screen on which had chunks of glass missing and they did not set up a spot with apple that was an entire separate tasking for me. I had to now drive to Apple get my phone fixed then return to the store and get reimbursed for the difference between what it would of cost. I feel like they should of left the screen that was no shattered on my phone. Now two days later I still have a shattered phone and I'm wasting more time. The owner should have to pay for my entire bill from Apple because of the inconveniences of driving to his store multiple times. Also that puts his employees in a bad situation to deal with angry customers. He/she should put themselves in the place of the employee and realize they have to put up with attitude because the company policies are bad. They should refund customers and pay for their entire bill because they failed at doing the work and made matters worst. Both clerks were extremely polite and deserve to work for a company that considers their employees as assets and minimizes the extra bs they have to handle when the company is unable to actually fix items like they claim to be able to do. I would never use this company or recommend it. It's crazy that they still made the original 80 even though I had to drop my phone off twice, then drop it off at Apple.

Went in to have the screen repaired on my iPhone 8+. Unfortunately, during the repair, the ribbon for the proximity sensor was broken. Jesse and Krista were both quick to explain what happened and quickly give me options. In the end, they ordered a replacement ribbon and I returned the next day to have that replaced with no extra charges to me. Overall, the service is fantastic and you can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend for any lighting/battery needs.
