Be very careful when making any kind of business transactions at this branch!! Came in to make a large and very important deposit with a business check from a company that we’ve been associated with for many years. Talor from the drive-through took my check and held me at the counter for over 30 minutes just to come out to let me know that I need to take the check back to the maker without any explanation how so ever. Manager of the branch without looking into the issue any further, basically just blew me off. I have deposit the same check 20 minutes at Virginia Beach branch without any issues or questions asked. Transaction took less than five minutes. As a result, I was late for my next meeting due to the negligence of the employee and the manager of this branch. Banking with Wells Fargo, and all other its predecessors in this area for over 25 years. Time to go.

My banking professional was D'ontae. It was probably the best banking experience I had in a long time. Super friendly and extremely professional. Thinking of moving my business accounts to this branch just because of this. The teller next to him was great to. I would highly recommend this branch.

I cash my checks there every month and it depends on what teller I get. Some tellers will cash my checks , others will make me deposit it. Then I have to get right out the drive through line and go to the ATM and withdrawal my money.

It's time to change banks. Waited 45minutes in the vehicle line because the inside is closed and I could only withdraw $800 from the ATM. They are making it difficult to get your money.

This is a very small banking center. I have taken my grandma in here a few times. There is a small row of chairs for people waiting like me or waiting for a private bank associate. I only saw two private desks to conduct business and did not see a bathroom available for customers at this location. The line here moves fairly quickly. Once a long line of customers forms, right away two other bank tellers will come out to assist making wait times decrease significantly which is very convenient. My grandma is hard of hearing and is slow at conducting business which can frustrate young professionals at times. However, the bank tellers at this location were patient, kind and accommodating which was nice to see. I will continue to take my grandma to do business at this location. They also have one ATM right in front of the building and a drive-thru ATM at the back of the building. Their parking lot is on the small side with handicap parking available right in front.

I wish I had never opened an account here. I’ve had to make calls about issues since day 1. It’s so unorganized when I call they tell me one thing and when I go in they tell me another. The atm is always down and the app is always messing up or down also. After today I’m definitely closing my account here and going to another bank.

Workers seen me sitting.waiting for them to help me and i was just ignored.two of them left.i had to ask the last worker if she was gonna be able to help me.she says yes so i waited.2 1/2 hour wait

Almost every time I come to this location, the ATM is out of service, and I end up having to drive out of my way to another location, because when I've gone through the teller lanes, they've been rude. This one location makes me consider switching banks all together.

I was impressed with the questions asked upon opening an account. The questions are designed to place you with a checking account the suits your goals. They even take you on a tour of the bank. Service is always welcomed by a cheerful teller and very quick to process your transaction.
