Have had several units at the Western Branch Storage King over the years. They have ALWAYS been very good to me. Only recently secured another unit and they (especially Yaritza) were, as always, very professional & extremely helpful in finding me exactly what I needed in a space… the right size, location & price. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been storing my belongings at this facility for years without incident until recently. Current manager has always been polite, personable and professional so it’s hard for me to share this but due to the lack of communication and accountability from corporate I must to spread awareness. There were robberies that occurred and tenants had no knowledge until they went to their units and found lock had been cut or there was a different lock on their unit. When corporate was called, excuses were made as to why we weren’t notified.Corporate point of contact provided a very vague explanation as to what occurred. They did not take accountability or show any real concern for resolving the issue or compensating for loss. I was offered a lock and a scripted apology. When you place your belongings in storage, you expect basic security and responsibility from the company—neither of which were provided here. Save yourself the stress and look for a storage provider that prioritizes customer trust and safety.My advice from this is to purchase their insurance instead of using your renter’s insurance as coverage.
