The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This hotel has a safe location and a decent breakfast for the price.

Location, Location
Rooms: Room was very neat and cozy, with microwave and fridge. Big plus!
Nearby activities: You were located near stores, gad, eateries, very convenient.

I recently stayed at Wingate, and my experience was exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort specially Mr. Z. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet—delicious, varied, and fresh. The hotel's location is perfect, close to major attractions but still in a peaceful area. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the common areas, which were always clean and inviting.
Overall, Wingate offers excellent service, a warm atmosphere, and great value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I will definitely be returning!

We booked a different hotel in a different area that was unsafe and dirty. We canceled our reservation upon arrival and became hotel-less with 2 kids under 4 at 8pm at night. I called the hotel and Mr Z was able to accommodate us and got us right in when we arrived. He was extremely friendly and willing to help in anyway he was able to. My family really appreciates you Z.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wingate, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the incredible service provided by Mr. Z. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Z went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mr. Z’s warm and welcoming demeanor. He took the time to give me a detailed overview of the hotel’s amenities and even offered some great recommendations for local dining and attractions. His knowledge and enthusiasm were evident, and it made me feel like I was in excellent hands.
During my stay, Mr. Z was always a step ahead. Whenever I had a request or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and always with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging a last-minute reservation or providing extra towels, he handled everything with professionalism and a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
One particular instance that stood out was when I had a small issue with the air conditioning in my room. I mentioned it to Mr. Z, and within minutes, he had a maintenance guy on the way and even checked in with me afterward to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. It’s this level of care and dedication that sets this hotel apart from others.
In addition to Mr. Z’s exceptional service, the hotel itself boasts fantastic amenities, including a lovely pool area and a well-equipped fitness center. However, it was Mr. Z’s personalized service that truly elevated my stay and made it memorable.

The reviews on the website can’t be for the hotel I’m actually staying in. Please avoid this hotel. They have BUGS. Roaches!!! The hotel is outdated and raggedy. Located a roach in the bathroom. GROSS!!! The location was close to my event so that was great. However the hotel room was awful. The room smells old and moldy. The air conditioner made noise all day and night as if it was going to die!!!! The room stayed warm and dry. The bathroom was AWFUL!!!! When you open the bathroom room door it bangs into the toilet. The toilet is old with stains in it. The towels and wash clothes were rough and hard like sand paper. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows felt like they were ran over with a tractor trailer.
The breakfast buffet was stocked nicely and that area was decent. However the sitting area was raggedy. Cuts and rips in the chairs.
The pool area is next to the elevator and the floors stayed wet all of the time.
They only have ice on 2 floors.
Terrible parking lot. Dark parking area. Felt unsafe parking so far away from the entrance.
Rooms: Awful rooms. Outdated. Smells
Safety: They should have security.
The parking lot is not well lit.
Parking spots are far away.
Food and drinks: Decent breakfast buffet

Hotel isn’t really within walking distance or many food options, there a Wawa, and a Taco Bell. Service was pleasant and efficient. The lobby is clean and smells nice as well. Gym, pool, hot tub. My issue is with the room primarily. Being that this was a business trip I didn’t exactly get to pick my room, but from the grand entrance I would’ve expected a little more from the room. I stayed on the 4th floor, it was quite which was nice. However the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired, the TV is out of a museum, and there a water stay on the ceiling that had recently been painted over and bled back through. All in all, it’s a place to lay your head. Not much else in the way of convenience or livability.

Great place to stay. Staff are helpful and pleasant. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It was not very crowded and perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean.

This was a fantastic stay. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the hotel area and grounds were clean. Mr. Z made the stay exceptional. He was interested in our story and travel. He was so kind to our little 16 month old, calling her a princess and letting her run around encouraging her to make a mess (out of the pamphlets) and then cleaning them up. Nothing seemed to inconvenience him. My sister lives close to here and we would definitely stay here again. When we first arrived we had to open the window and air out the room as there was a slight odor. Overall a great stay.

There 5 days the cleaning was awful never ran the sweeper all they did was give clean towels. Also the breakfast the eggs were in a crock pot dried out.
