This place keeps cutting our cards off, with plenty of money in the account, randomly. Twice this week!! These employees will be lucky to survive the month. I know that if im this tempted to kill each one that plenty of others are too. Good luck walking to your car at night...

Old fashion customer service with a modern twist!I opened a new account today at Woodforest National Bank's Grassfield Walmart location in Chesapeake, VA. Branch manager, Kevin Kelly, and his amazing staff welcomed me as if though I had been banking with them for years. Their attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. They actually made and activated my new debit card on site! I honestly expected to hear the usual "your card will arrive in the mail in four to six weeks." Impeccable customer service, convenience of banking where I buy my groceries...Why didn't I do this years ago?!?

I must give a big SHOUT OUT to the employees at this branch. Kevin Kelly, Pamela Peterson and the other young lady behind the counter that had never meet me before but was so kind and known judgmental of my public break down in the lobby yesterday after being let go from my job.. You 3 were my first encounter after driving from my job after being told I was a great worker and definitely had a great personality but they had to let me go. You guys took me in with opened arms and never once had anything negative to say and was such a breath of fresh air when I was suffocating from the massive amounts of anxiety. Thank you for being not just my bank but for being YOU. Thank you for the KINDNESS you have always shown me. I have seen so much of the opposite here lately. I could not imagine anyone but you guys on my side with banking and just as being a friend. Keep up that amazing customer service. You guys deserve 10 GOLD STARS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a second chance bank. Only people who bank here are people who have bad credit and owe money to other banks. This is a adequate service but not the best bank. If you wanted the best bank perhaps you should of been more responsible in the first place?

Wood forest Bank employees are a fraud. The employees have fake names. The bank over charges customers fees and overdrafts for unauthorized charges. The bank employees gave out your information and have illegal wire taps o your phones.

The equivalent of signing up for a pre-approved credit card. More fine print than an Apple Terms of Service agreement. $6 fee if your checking account balances drops below $100 for even a day...$30 cancellation fees. Fees, fees, fees...All of the fees, none of the support that usually goes with them. If you were to find their financial statistics, the majority of their profits would be through random fees incurred. If you can help it, do NOT create an account with this bank. Find a good credit union.
