Came in for a pedicure today and it was not a good experience. Throughout the appointment the lady who did my pedicure was constantly clipping down at my feet. So much to the point where my toes would burn when she applied acetone to clean up the nail polish surrounding my toes. I was very vocal about it hurting and she said “that’s the acetone, it’s going to burn” ma’am this is not my first pedicure. It should not burn. She cut way too low on my toes. My nail beds are exposed. I then let Tony (the manager) know of the situation and he gave me nothing but excuses. Stating that she did her job correctly and i continuously told him that she cut way too low and my toes hurt! I have been a customer since 2018/2019 and the service I have received was horrible today. Zero accountability, zero empathy and terrible customer service. I will no longer be coming to this salon. I’m disappointed. The worse pedicure I have ever received. This place has went downhill since John left IF YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW

OMG- if you want the best pedicure ever....ask for Tom. You will thank me later. I've been getting pedicures for over 30 years, this was the best EVER!!!!!

Love this salon! Have been coming here for alittle over 2 years and have yet to be disappointed. I've had different technicians and all are caring and listen to my needs! I feel welcome and my nails always look great. Plus, when I do have a concern, they will correct it! This is my regular spot!

Very disappointed.... I usually never have a problem, first time getting a pedicure here 4/17 and felt like they rushed through the whole thing. Got home and noticed they completely didn't do a toe so I went back up there and there was one lady who completely painted it and fixed some of the others. She was amazing! Only for today 4/18 two of my toes that were painted the polish came off whole in like a sheet. For my mom and I to spend a total of $85 and now have a problem not once but twice is ridiculous. I will be going back but not for it to be fixed, but for my money back.

2 of my $120 for a fresh full set with a basic white line design nails popped off in less than a week. Of course they charged me the regular price to get them both done over when I came back in. Today, another one popped off. Would not recommend. Never going back.

Went here for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I was a walk/in and they seated me right away. Started with a pedicure which just about put me to sleep in a good way then onto my nails which I am beyond picky about. And she did exactly what I was looking/hoping for. It’s not the most update place but the people know what they are doing. Best found hidden gem!

Today was my 1st visit to World Nails & Spa. I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment for a gel pedicure. I was taken back right away by Dede. She was so nice and so gentle! She did a great job and I will definitely be back to see her!

the service was absolutely awful. I waited there for 40 minutes to get my nails done in a chair after they kept insisting that they would get me. they let two people infront of me and finally went over to me and I said I was done. the vibe here was quiet kinda.
