Stopped by this morning for a cup of coffee. Completely out of creamer. Employee was belligerent about something that happened with the owner talking to someone on the phone behind cigarettes. Two other people walked in, you heard her say, "I'll be there in a minute". Two people left never got helped. When she showed up I asked about creamer and was told "all we have is the green stuff". No good service, no good coffee here. Go across the street to that 7-11. Much nicer staff. All the creamer I needed for coffee. Coffee is one of 5 reasons someone goes to 7-11, get it together!

I dropped by this 7-11 on the way to pick my son up from work. I had a lottery ticket to turn in. The cashier went to give me my winnings and that's when I say a roach crawling across the counter top. When I pointed it out to the cashier, her reply was " Oh, another roach". This place service hot food. If there is one roach there are hundreds of them. I'm NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Service is pretty friendly, though I think there could be improvement on training and communication. Since this location has opened I've been coming here because of the high quality customer service. Today though left me scratching my head. I stopped by around 6:17pm to play the Powerball. I asked for seven quick picks and was told that she couldn't do that number, so I asked for six quick picks, and she only ran three picks for me. Not sure why, I spoke clear and loud, and I've played six and seven numbers on powerball here before so I was confused as to why this employee could not ring me up for it. Perhaps there was a technical issue that she couldn't tell customers about ?. Hopefully it'll work better next time.
