How refreshing to find honest and real people. I called to see about a transmission fluid change in my vehicle that has 100k and they recommended that i should just let it go. They did the same a couple years ago when I called about it for my Magnum as I changed it every 5 years and it was that time but it had low mileage on the fluid and again, the guy at this shop said not to do it and that it would be good to go for a long time. I was brainwashed to think you had to get the tranny fluids changed frequently. I never did on my older cars and they ran fine. Even my 73 Charger had the same fluid for decades before it was changed when I rebuilt the motor for horse power. Thanks again for the honest advice. He could have been like Infiniti service and said it needs the $450 fluid exchange.

I went and they told me they don’t do Ac checks at all. I wouldn’t recommend yet everyone I talked to that been there said they do. So I will go to Hopewell or elsewhere that’s an ashamed. Told me they only do transmission. I’m also calling their Corporate office because the website said that they do check Ac in cars

I went in for a diagnostic a month or two ago. I had to DIY a transmission flush because the transmission was running so bad. They said I needed a new transmission, which I don’t have in the cards for this car. However, whatever they did kind of eliminated the problem with my transmission. All I needed was a flush, not a new system lol. But thank you for the service. I at least know what to tell the next owner about this car.

This place charges for a diagnostic and leaves the car sitting there for weeks without fixing it and then acts very dismissive upon asking for the status. Wouldn’t recommend

I would highly discourage you from using this place, I had a similar issue as many of the other low reviews. My car was kept for weeks with no update except when I called. When I finally gave up and went to collect my car, I saw that it had not been moved at all from where I parked it. I don’t know why they lied to be about looking at it, but I paid $150 for nothing, and lost my car for 3 weeks for now reason. If you are reading this, take your car somewhere else, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had when trying to get a car fixed. DON’T GO HERE.

Took my car here and two months later it’s still not fixed. They kept saying it’s good to go and giving it back to me then a week would pass and the issue would return. A huge inconvenience to have to drop the car off multiple times,get a ride to work etc. just save yourself the headache and go to the dealership where they actually know what they are doing. It’s going to cost more but it’s worth it for peace of mind.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’m trying to save you from my nightmare. Took my truck there because I had a bad vibration issue. When I went back to get my truck it had been ransacked. Many items stolen from within the cab. I talked with Sean’s son (Zach). Very unprofessional and unapologetic about it. No care attitude. But to add insult to injury my truck vibration issue is still there. Charged $800 for nothing plus I was stolen from. (They have no desire to make this right) Stay away!

Dropped my car off here for a transmission rebuild and they had quoted me around $5,000. To which we discussed briefly on financing but nothing more. My car was in their hands for 2-3 weeks with nothing from them. When I had called them for an update that is when they informed me I needed $2,500 down in order for them to begin work. I expressed that I had not been informed of a down payment as I had been under the impression that they would work on my car while I applied for a loan through my bank. I have a very busy schedule and travel for my job, so for me to be out of a car for 2-3 weeks with no updates or calls I was very frustrated. I was losing money by not having my ONLY vehicle and the lack of communication only further increased my frustration. I called another place in Midlo to which they towed my car on Monday and I will have my keys in hand tomorrow (Friday). The other people I have been working with helped me with financing, called me on every update and even quoted me at a better price of $3,200. I will NEVER return to AAMCO or recommend them to anyone. If I had waited for a call, my car would’ve been legally labeled as abandoned due to the lack of communication. I am just thankful to my current team that they were able to get me back on the road within a week and for better pricing, with better communication.

I would leave them a 1000 star review if I could. Every single worker here went absolutely above and beyond to help and take care of us and were so reasonably priced it is insane. Go here if you need ANYTHING car related.

My car was having issues and I was having issues locating a shop that could/would even check it out within the next week or two. I called this location and they told me to bring it in. I was so impressed with how quick the turn around was and how professional this team is. Thank you Sean and team, I will be coming back for any future work I need done.

I cannot say enough good things about this AAMCO location. I had previously taken my 2015 Kia Optima to a shop as it was having issues picking up speed. The first shop told me I needed a new transmission and the prices were outrages. After calling around, I brought my car to AAMCO, who immediately diagnosed the transmission issues and discussed options and pricing which was much less stressful than my first experience. I really appreciate not only how quick they were to get the work done but that they took the time to explain things to me... Thank you Matt, great job!
