Love this place, staff is friendly, you get a one time waiver every 12 months for a late fee. Storage is good. Always clean, and always feel like I can come here and not be judged for why I came in to pay with card instead of online.

Do not get units from them they are infested with mice. Customer service is horrible shows no empathy or concern no solution

I have been a loyal customer at Advantage Self Storage since 2012, with two large storage units. I went in today and inquired about a smaller storage unit and asked them if there was any loyalty discount. To which I was met with rudeness and obnoxious replies. So loyalty means nothing to Advantage Self storage, not even enough to be polite to a customer of 10 years. Would not recommend. I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied with their service.

When you have rented there for four years and they make it diffulcult to switch units and prorate it. Big thumbs down. New employee was very polite. Manager or whoever she was ......rude. I had to wait while she was in a personal call. Done with this place
