I can not say enough nice things about this facility and Joe. We moved from a house into a small apartment and had to find a storage unit for our belongings including some very sentimental items. Joe has been a huge help since the time we initially rented the unit until now. Moving is insanely stressful so having someone who thoroughly answers is a huge help. My boyfriend, Tyler, suggested using them and I am so glad he did. Thank you for all of your help and being such an amazing, considerate company.

You know putting your stuff in a storage unit is not easy because you’re doing it for some reason and I can honestly say when hard times it most companies don’t want to work with you or help you but I can honestly say ample storage is one of the best at customer service and caring for their customers at least the one on iron Ridge Road the guys at the front desk are one of a kind and we’ll make it to where your experiences is easy and pleasurable they’ll do anything possible to help you joe is the best part about this company in my opinion

Rick (RAT) 😊 was extremely helpful. He provided the opportunity to ask questions and ensured all of mine were answered. I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed and he took the time to allow me to view two types, so I could make a decision. He was very friendly and kind. I went to another storage place in the area and the attendant was not helpful at all, so to have this contrast was great!

I have osteoporosis arthritis in both of my knees The gentleman Joe was very considered about that He help me he went above and beyond being considered he told me he would help me by allowing me to sit in my car and he took all my information to reserve my storage unit . I thought that so considered a very nice guy and the lady in the office was very friendly as well very good people The unit was clean and convent I am glad I choose Ample Storage
