The store manager Tiro and Amr were both extremely helpful in researching and helping me find the right air sensors for my Mercedes. They genuinely wanted to help and even pulled a youtube video showing me how to replace the sensors myself. These guys are the height of professionalism!

4 employees, 2 customers. Only 1 guy actually dealing with customers. When after about 5 minutes of standing in front of them I finally was asked if I had been helped I got a bit snippy I must admit, and said something to the effect of 1 guy out of 4 helping. To which she said they were all doing things for their job. I understand maybe they aren't going to stop what they are doing to help me, but I would have at least liked to have been acknowledged that I existed. Then to top it off, the one guy helping customers that put in batteries or changed out wipers was sent on a delivery and I would have to wait 30 minutes for him to help.

I can't thank Andrew, Tim, and Tom enough for their incredible support at AutoZone. As the commercial manager, Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to keep my business running smoothly. Without his expertise and dedication, I honestly don’t know how I would have kept things moving forward. Tim and Tom were just as helpful—always ready with advice, quick solutions, and that extra bit of support that truly makes a difference. Because of their efforts, my business is up and running, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Their teamwork and commitment to customer service are second to none!

Ii will never come back to AutoZone again. I did buy a lot of things from only this store but I disappoint for the way this store did. I bought a car cover from this store, and because it is small for my car so I would like to return or exchange for the bigger. I still keep the receipt and it is just a month from the day I did buy . Before I buy it I asked employee that I can return it if I open and they said yes. So when I return the box open and because it was taken out so the manager talked me she can not accept the return because I opened it and they cannot sell it like this. What ?They are business and they should have a team to store it back. Home Depot, Target, Kohl's, etc all of business accept item open if we still keep receipt and in three month from the day purchase. I feel so sad for the way they treat a regular customer.

a chubby caucasian lady who appeared to be the manager had terrible customer service and said she could not take my return then the guy told me he could not put the battery in my car I just don’t think they felt like working tonight because I went to the autozone on Iron bridge and they processed my return and put my new battery in with no problems!

I recently visited the Autozone location in Chester and had an exceptional experience! The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and help me find the right parts for my vehicle.
I was particularly impressed with the level of expertise of the staff member who assisted me. They took the time to explain the differences between various options and helped me make an informed decision. Their patience and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.
The prices at Autozone were competitive, and I was happy to find that they had a loyalty rewards program in place. The staff also offered to check my vehicle's warranty and advised me on how to keep my car running smoothly.
Overall, Their excellent communication skills and attention to detail made me feel valued as a customer, and their commitment to providing top-notch service left a lasting impression. I will definitely be returning to this Autozone store in the future and will recommend it to anyone in need of auto parts or service.

I talked to an emploee on the phone looking for a battery for my car (2008 Mecedes). She told me the price of it, so when I arrived at the store she began doing the normal computer work to find the battery. She had all the info needed for the search, including my car's vin#. I waited for OVER 20 MINUTES while she continued. Another employee gave her some info to narrow the search, and I waited ANOTHER 10 MINUTES whereas she STILL couldn't find the battery. Frustrated by now, I grew impatient and told her to give me my paperwork and left the store in anger and went to Advance auto. WITHIN 5 MINUTES, the emploee found the batteries and completed the transaction. Overall, either Auto Zone had an impompetent employee who couldn't a find a simple battery, or their system is very much unsatisfactory. From now on I will go to Advance who seems to have better customer service. I also hope that someone in the store office that handles customer copmplaint will read this and follow up on this unfortunate situation I experienced. Thank you!
