This branch is the best of the 2 branches that I go to. The other is the one on Ironbridge Road in Chester. I understand all of the bad reviews. I just wish someone would look at the complaints & try doing something to help. The main problem is the shortage of tellers. People have better things to do than wait or sit in a line because the branch does not have enough employees to take care of their customers in a reasonable time.

This location is terrible. Always short staffed, always inept. My wife and I have had multiple issues with this location over the last few years, but this last experience broke me.One of our credit cards appeared to be accruing interest incorrectly. After being given four different explanations from four different customer service reps via phone, we drove to this branch for assistance (or at least a clear explanation of what was going on). The branch manager looked me in the eye, within the very walls that we were issued the card, and told me there was nothing she or anyone else could do to help us understand or solve the issue. We were hand-waved away, like peasants unworthy of her branch's time or effort.We will be completely uprooting our 10+ years of banking from this institution. They are not worth your time or money, trust me. There's much better options out there.

No doubt, customer service, at this location and the Petersburg (Crater Rd.) location, have gotten worse and worse, since the merger. Always, lines in the lobbies. Several employees sitting in their offices and only one teller trying to handle the line. Folks in line, waiting much longer than folks in the drive-thru, who always get priority. Maybe some office staff should step up and help the tellers from time to time.

My Company uses this bank for some reason. My visits are limited to deposit slip retrieval thankfully. When I used to ask for change, they NEVER had anything to spare so I started using my credit union. They almost never have my deposit slips ready the next day before 4pm it seems. This branch does have somewhat friendly staff but it doesn’t seem to me like all of them can / want to handle the full scope of their job.

I tried cashing a check written to me from an account holder, and because I don’t have an account with them, the teller said it would an $8 service fee(?!). That definitely changed my mind about considering opening an account. What a rip off.

This is the worst bank I ever been the manager and the staff are so bad they don't want to help you they are so bad like I am begging them went I have my bank account with them if they don't want to work or help the costumers quite the job and let someone else work

I'm not sure if they short of staff, but it seems like nobody cares inside. They didn't offer a apology or anything. This is one of the worst locations that I ever have dealing with. Very disappointed.

A 1 only ecause zero isn't an option. Amazing how online is states not too busy but I've been on hold for 38 minutes and not a single person has answered the phone. It must be nice to ignore your phones or turn them off. Actually they just hung up on all 3 lines I was holding on, clearly that was intentional. And just hung up again on another line. Wow. I need to choose a new bank

When they brought about the merger proposal they said that they would make it smooth.my bank card was declined at Amazon this morning and it's slow to process. This is NOT \" smooth\" its false advertising. I'm about to go somewhere else and call the federal trade commission. This is not the first time we've had trouble. Guess it's time to change banks and I recommend you do the same
