Bought Bras and the employee at cash register said I had 30 days to return , I go to return and the manager so rudely tells me they cannot return ANY undergarments! so I was lied too upon purchase and then dealt with a rude manager when explaining I was told I could before even purchasing them .
They reopened just to have poor customer service and give out false information about their policy !

I recently went to “The Comeback” at Big Lots Chester VA. Extremely disappointed, this is not Big Lots at all. Broyhill is gone, the store is extremely empty, and mostly everything that was there before is gone. Will not be returning.

This is a fairly new Big Lots store located in Prince George. They sell a little bit of everything from furniture to clothing to housewares and much more. The associates are very friendly and the store is very clean. I highly recommend this Big Lots.

Underwhelming... just in the area and I love a good deal so I stopped in. No kids, no husband, just me and all the time I needed to look... and nothing. :( I was so disappointed. Staff was nice.

Not super happy. I had to return something and they looked at me like I had some nerve coming in the return something. They were visibly aggravated and giving me a dirty look. I actually thought they were going to tell me they don’t take returns. Also, as others have mentioned, their prices on a lot of things are the same as any other store, so you really aren’t saving much, if anything.
