Horrible customer service. I made a reservation well over a week in advance and they decide to call me the day before pick up to tell me they don't have my truck. How do you not know your own inventory? Not to mention he did not help find a solution for me or offer anything but a 1-800 number. Which I called and guess what? They never got back to me after collecting my information saying they will get a truck transferred over! I've never used budget before and I most certainly won't ever try to again. Especially this location. Reservation = Cancelled!

Thank you so much! This location came through for my husband and I at the last minute after the Sandston location left us high and dry after we booked it three weeks in advance. This location was professional, courteous, and timely!

The staff certainly goes above and beyond! I saw at the last minute that Budget had a better truck rental rate vs. Uhaul. Booked a truck on-line. Recv'd a courtesy call from the Mgr that they didn't have any trucks for my selection. I appreciated the heads up. I called again on the moving day, they went out their way to win my business, getting the exact truck size I needed, when I needed it. Thank you, Chester team!

I received a call at 5:21pm that my rental for the next day (which was scheduled 6wks in advance) was not going to happen and to call customer service to find another one. As a customer service specialist I would have been proactive enough to call around for the customer. It is already stressful enough trying to move and then this. Plus it doesn't help when you are a nurse and have taken off work. Now I have to wait for a District Manager to call me back which can be up to 2hrs. This is beyond last minute. Updated....never received a return call from the District Manager. Cancelled the reservation and Uhaul assisted me.
