The Chester Family YMCA is widely praised as a friendly and welcoming facility with an incredible, helpful, and best staff that creates a wonderful family environment and atmosphere. It is described as a fantastic place with great, well-kept facilities. The Y offers a fully equipped gym with a great mix of cardio and free weights equipment, machines, and more. Members enjoy a six-lane 25-meter chlorine lap pool, locker rooms with a sauna, and several family or individual changing rooms. The facility is currently undergoing incredible renovations and expansion, which are already seen as amazing, especially for children, and will provide more opportunities. It is consistently noted as clean. The programs are a major highlight, featuring a great child care program, a vast range of youth athletics teams and programs, tons of group exercise classes, and fun classes for adults like Zumba and aqua Zumba. It is considered a judgment-free zone that has greatly helped members with their health, making it a valued part of the community.

Great place to workout even during remodeling renovations. Great staff and very helpful. Remodeling expansion will even provide more opportunities due to increased space. I have been a member for 30+ years.
