Being from out of town and needing a watch battery, I came to this business before the 6 P.M. closing time. The light were off and closed. What a disappointment. After a nice drive to get there too.

I was referred to Chester Jewelry by a friend to repair my mother's ring which has split in the back and become unsautered. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this was a family and black owned business!! The owner answered all my questions and understood the sentimental value of my mother's ring. She is 86 years old and my father passed in 2020 and she wanted her ring repaired to wear again. They were married 50 years and 10months. A true love story!
He also repaired my sisters wedding set which has become unsautered as well. Both sets repaired, cleaned, diamonds reset and they looked amazing!! I'm very detailed oriented and my expectations were exceeded.

Chester Jewelry is the BEST! I had a very sentimental piece of jewelry (ring) that was in need of repair. Darryl did an EXCELLENT job repairing/resizing it. I was brought to tears when I first saw the ring because it belonged to my mother who recently passed away and now I can wear it. It’s beautiful! This was not my first time visiting this store. I received exceptional customer service then and that’s why I returned. I won’t go anywhere else.

I was looking online to find a jeweler to replace the battery in my husbands watch (it’s a Nixon and not an easy one to replace at home) I found Chester Jewelry from a quick Google search and was VERY happy with the service I received. Daryl is efficient and knowledgeable. I always try to support local when possible so that was a plus when I found them. I will certainly make this my go to spot for all my jewelry needs in the future.

I have used Chester Jewelry for multiple services and they have given the best service and professionalism. Most recently, my wedding ring needed to be resized. I could not believe how perfect the fit is now and it was polished which makes it look brand new.
As a Chester resident, I appreciate having a local Jeweler that I can support.

The best experience I have ever heard ad at a Jewelry store. I had lost a stone out of my wedding ring and the Jeweler ordered the stone repaired the setting and returned it to me looking better than new.The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent.
