While the food is very good, the service at the deli has been repeatedly unprofessional and rude. I have attempted to place several orders on severaloccasions, only to be confronted with a very rude woman who consistently refused to fill my orders. She was sarcastic on the phone and hung up on me. When I asked another employee what the issue was, he informed me that she is simply to lazy to do her job.
I have complained to the management on several occasions. I was told that she is rude to most of their customers. When asked why she is allowed to treat customers like this, the manager simply referred me to the owner. The owner never returned my calls.
The food is good, but it is not worth the rude treatment for me to ever go back.

The toilets need to be detached and reset and wax rings replaced. Toilet seats need to be replaced. Bathrooms need to be cleaned thoroughly.
