I had a great experience with Chesterfield Mini Storage! From the moment I arrived, the facility was clean, secure, and well-organized. But what truly made my experience exceptional was the manager, Barry. Barry is incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through the rental process, and made sure I had the right unit for my needs. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really set this place apart from other storage facilities I’ve used in the past. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Barry made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I felt confident my belongings were in good hands.

Not only were the premises clean and manicured, the restrooms were in pristine condition as well. Plenty of storage space and parking for two vehicles in the opposite direction.

Very Unprofessional. Management came out of office yelling and screaming at someone while I was there. Very uncomfortable situation will not be going back.

The manager, Barry, is a complete j**** Every time having to deal with him is a complete waste of energy. He is completely rude and interrupts you mid-sentence without intending to let you finish your statement. There is no way to pay rent online, so you have to either set up payments through your bank by snail mail check, drop off payment in person, or call in with payment. If payment is not received by the first of each month, the computer system denies you access into the gate at the entrance until payment is received. At that point, you are sure to receive a nasty earful from Barry. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

i came buy to get a couch off Facebook marketplace and was verbally assaulted, screamed ,and cursed at by management and told to pay my rent or get out but I wasn't even renting from them I tried to explain that multiple times but he was not having it I would give 0 stars if possible

Everything was pretty good for the most part. The only thing i didn't like is one time I opened up the storage and all of out stuff had pollen on it everything turned green or had a green tint to it we had it for about 3 yrs and we had some a sofa,loveseat,and a couch in the back of the unit and when were about to move to our house it had mold and water on it ended up having to throw away very disappointed about that
