So very helpful! I am not totally tech savvy and they set up my new phone and helped me transfer all my data. Such a simple process that would have taken me hours.

Victor was amazing in every way possible! He showed me I wasn’t just a customer, he treated me like family. The co-worker that was also working with him was absolutely amazing also. They took care of my issue with kindness and they made sure I had phone service before I left the store. I went in with no phone no money and came out with both of my previous lines re-activated at a lower rate. These two employees deserve a Christmas bonus for their awesome Customer Service! Last thing I’ll say is there were at least 3/4 other customers that came in while I was being helped & those customers were happy & taken care of quickly efficiently and I was still being attended to. That’s called Teamwork and I must say they have all greatqualities as people & people in Sales. I will highly recommend Cricket Wireless to Familyand friends!!!

The employees at this store are totally awesome, they go above and beyond, service like theirs is far and few Thanks and perhaps Cricket needs to offer you guys, the opportunity to train those in the call center!

Went in looking to upgrade my phone... There were 3 Reps helping 1 customer and another customer waiting. I was in the store about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledge me. I decided to look at the phones on display while waiting to see if I could find one I liked...well, of the 15-20 phone on display, only 5 were charged and on, the rest were dead as a door knobs! The whole store had a sloppy and dirty feel to it. I won't go back to this store!

Just left this store. Came in 20 minutes ago I was not greeted on my way in by either customer service rep as they were working with other customers. The store's air conditioning was not on. It was really hot in the store. Waited around for about 15 minutes wanting to transfer my phone service to a new carrier. Ended looking up the I formation I wanted myself. I ended up walking out and nobody said goodbye to me on my way out.

I came in to the store yesterday at 5:45 pm Victor Martinez made my experiences in the store fabulous, he was professional nice and extremely helpful. Because of him I bought a phone that was a 100 times better then what I had, this employee deserve a raise, I plan to tell my friends and family to come to the store and ask for Victor, he set my phone up just like I wanted, he's the greatest!!!

Presented my phone to the desk person and said it's not recognizing the sim card even though it's in there. She took the sim card out and back in again, restarting the phone. The problem persisted. She handed the phone back to me and said "I dont know". That was the help I got. She did what I did and said I dont know. I called consumer service when I got home and they asked if I had another cricket phone to test the sim card. I dont. However I was just in a store that did. I refuse to go back. I meet enough people who dont know what they're doing. I'm not doing it with her, again
