The time here is a complete joke I had a date at 2 so I went at 12 to be prepared I needed 2x condom size but they only had 1x so I asked if they had anymore.. *blushing hard at that point*she kinda looked at me weird and asked why I was trying to buy those knowing a little white boy like me didnt packa punch but she reluctantly when to the back after 3 hours she finally came back with some drool dripping from her mouth but i didn't question it* we we were both blushing at that point know what was going on in our heads was very inapropro. b-b-but the moral is just don't buy any!

To the consumer: don’t waste your time with this place. This pharmacy is absolutely awful. They have zero sense of urgency or just simple timely service. I’ve received syringes for my birth control at this location since 2016 without issue in the drive thru. Today, all of a sudden it was an issue. I asked if they could do it this one time and I’d come in next time since they were now following a rule that’s “always been in place” and got a swift nope from someone in the back. Is “nope” even a professional or acceptable term when doing customer service? I immediately came inside and waited 10 mins without anyone in line to be helped. I’ve moved all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy due to the total lack of care and service at this location. This is just one incident over the years. Not to mention the lack of staff. Nearby CVS stores have plenty of staff in their pharmacy, but not this one. Must be something with the employment atmosphere and/or management team. Based on how you all handle business, I can’t imagine people are excited to come to work each day.

I have never had any type of issues or problems with a CVS ever on all the 15 plus years of dealing this company however we moved prescriptions to this location. Long story short me and my family for the run around for over a week about an prescription was told one thing by the pharmacist, the day comes to pick up order only to get a message from her stating prescription didn't come
In and they didn't know when or if it would be in. We got no answers nor resolution and was advised to have it filled at another pharmacy, we did just that!

Pharmacy tech on a personal phone call before, during, and after entire transaction. Tried to call manager before this review, was left on hold. Very unprofessional, and something I could NEVER get away with at work.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Was texted that my dogs prescription was ready. Drove down and not ready, as a matter of fact they couldn't find it. Finally they find the presciption and say it will be ready in 20 minutes. Ok, I don't have time to wait so I leave. Get a notification that it was ready, again. Went to the pharmacy and they said no such prescription exists. Seriously? 15 minutes later they miraculously found it. I am so done with this location. They suck.

I don’t review many places and like to give the benefit of the doubt to situations but how this place is still open or how corporate hasn't stepped in, is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.

WELL THIS STORE NEEDS ALL NEW STUFF BECAUSE THE UNPROFESSIONAL STUFF THAT WORKS IN THIS PHMARCACY ARE THE WORSE I DONT KNOW IF THEY JUST HIRING ANYONE AND THEY ARE NOT TRAIN TO BE HAVING A CUSTOMER MEDICATION TO BE ALL OVER CHESTER AND COLONIAL HEIGHTS AND FOR NO ONE TO EXPLAIN THE REASON WHY AND NO ONE WANT TO EXCEPT THE BLAME CAN YOU SAY UNPROFESSIONAL AT IT'S FINEST WOW WELL I WILL MAKE SURE I CONTACT MY MOTHER HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY THIS NEEDS TO BE FLAGGED ASAP

This is solely based on the pharmacy, but they went way above and beyond, on a holiday when they were closing early, to get my toddler the prescription she needed. They called multiple locations, loaded and reloaded the system, and ultimately stayed after their early closing time, in order to make sure I got the rx. Not only that, but the pharmacist and techs were kind and pleasant about the whole experience. I am making this my regular pharmacy from now on.

Went to get an epi pen refill, was told there was no Pharmacist there to approve it. Last I understood that it was illegal to operate without a Pharmacist present. Get prescriptions from there at your own risk..
