Very bad today was my first time at that general dollar and the cashier erased all my coupons and told me the computer does not accept coupons and at first when I entered my number they discounted all the coupons and she then clicked on the computers then That's why all the products came out at the standard price and the response from that racist lady was the computer doesn't accept your coupons, people deserve the manager's attention?????????

Running to my closest store for a few items after church. I pull up and only 3 cars in the parking lot and I'm excited. 3 cars mean few people inside and it's bot to be a quick trip. As I glide on up to the doors... they don't open. I step back and step up again and they don't move. I'm looking at an 18 wheeler in the parking lot so maybe they receiving a delivery and locked the doors. A lady states she tried calling and no answer. By this time the passengers in the 3rd vehicle begins to adjust their seatbelts and back out. Very disappointed and it was a wasted trip. If the sign says open at 8 am and it's after 12 noon, did I miss the menu of closure or got the time zone wrong . I returned after 3 pm and was told that the morning person didn't show up. What a bummer and thankful this was not an immediate need of products.

this store is supposed to be a FedEx drop off location. I dropped a package off today and the lady told me it would be picked up today and I would get an email. I have yet to get an email. their phone seems to not be working as it is a constant busy signal. FedEx cannot help me becuase they need a tracking number. when I dropped the package I asked the lady if I get a receipt and she said no that it was in the system and would be picked up. this is terrible customer service. I live an hour away from this store.

I called for sales and they were very rude over the phone. I was trying to say something and they hung up in the middle of what I was saying.

A bunch of useless employees! I asked the cashier if she could help ring the water as I cannot carry it, she refused and said I have to do it. Then she had an attitude the entire time
