I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Dollar General. When I went to purchase cat litter, my Apple Pay wasn’t working. Instead of being understanding, the cashier—an older white woman with light brunette hair, glasses, and appearing to be in her mid-50s—rudely told me, “You better go get your card.” When I returned, she sarcastically remarked, “You think you finally found it?” Her tone and attitude made it clear she assumed I was trying to steal, which was completely uncalled for and unjust. No customer should be treated with suspicion just for having a payment issue. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the store takes action to ensure all customers are treated with respect. And to give you further context I am a young African American woman

I stopped in because my daughter had to use the bathroom. A young lady in there was super nice and sweet. She was also a fellow 49ers fan ♥️

Horrible place only one worker at cash register older white lady very nice always in there by herself while the young workers are in the back doing nothing also blue haired lady and another female with braids always standing outside smoking always has an attitude and will try and be tough or rude with any man that comes to that store I don’t understand how are these disrespectful people still working there on top of that i asked her can she move some things out of the aisle so I can get through she got an attitude and was getting aggressive

Aisles are always cluttered never have a good supply of sale items. Cashiers less than helpful.
