Famous Footwear is a nice place with great and amazing customer service. The people are very nice, helpful, and patient. Customers can get in and out fast, especially when finding shoes on sale. The staff is helpful in finding needed shoes for work or specific items like slip-on shoes and Crocs in various sizes. They provide a thoroughly enjoyable experience, helping to calm children and making customers' days. Many customers spent more money than planned but highly recommend the store.
