My package was to have been delivered a week ago. It has been stuck at the South Chesterfield service hub. Yet customer service has told me it is on the truck to be delivered everyday for over a week. The company refuses to do anything other tell me to patiently wait for them to deliver it. FedEx you need to do better.

HORRIBLE!! Delivers pkgs to wrong address, they don't handle pkg with any care boxes get beat up, just very bad service all around!!

This is horrible my package has also been delayed with no movement. I don't understand it. Even though there use to be FedEx delivery guy before that use to blast his music and smoke blunts on the job with no FedEx attire on. At least I would get my package.
