Have dealt with Ferrell Gas for more years than I can remember. Have always given excellent timely service. Always explaining cost issues. Always respond quickly when they are called.

I've been a customer since we built our home 20 years ago. We purchased a 500 gal. in ground propane tank from Ferrell Gas and signed up for a budget account. Last year we were told that we now have to pay in full at time of delivery. The only reason I was given was because we have only been filling our propane tank about once a year. This year we filled it twice in less than 3 mo. I called to see if we could now get back on budget plan. I was told No. They take average of 3 years. We are 75 yrs old and to pay a large amount of money all at once is very difficult. And I still dont understand why it was ok for 19 yrs and then it wasnt. The person in billing was not helpful, bordering on rude. She finally said she would sent a note to see if they would reconsider and she would call me back. I've not heardanything and this was over a month ago.

Very prompt good service. Other gas company I called said would be close to 2 weeks before they could deliver. I waited to the day they were supposed to deliver and no show and no call from them after the lady called and postponed a few days. They were only 4 miles from my home. Ferrell gas is much further and filled my tank within a week. I highly recommend this company. I paid them promptly as well! Thank you!

Don’t Care about Older Customers WHO need help,Keep calling and calling still have to wait,been without Gas for6 Days, I know there was a Holiday! Trying to get the district manager number! I am calling 12 on Your Side for the way I have been treated!

i had to wait for the propane tank part. it was wrong and ordered new one. had to get manager to actually get in it cause months later of waiting. now want to charge me cause they use diesel. i pay my bills yo them, thats their bill, right wow
