Lady did a return and waited till after the return was complete to tell me I wouldn’t get my store credit back. I felt cheated because according to her I guess I just lost my 10$ and she was trying to act like that was normal. I thought that was just her being misinformed but if I knew she couldn’t refund my store credit I was just going to just do an even exchange asked for a manager and she told me they were the manager I immediately walked out of the store before things went further because I could feel myself becoming a bit mad. It’s not a wonder why this place is normally a ghost town and I won’t be back hope they close it

Store opens and closes as they feel necessary! Open early for prismatic and showed up 20 mins before closing today and was closed! I will say the workers I e encountered have all been exceptionally polite and helpful! The professional scheduling is less than desirable at best! Hopefully this gets better? Nothing worse then making a 8 y/o kid get their hopes hope to be let down by a business that post hours that ppl rely on! Frustrating is all!

There’s a very kind and helpful employee there named Rain! She helped me renew my membership and she was so patient and answered all my questions!! I really appreciate her for helping me and she also helped me save $54!! If heading to this location I would recommend speaking with Rain! Thank you Rain!!!!❤️

It's 11:16AM Sunday 12 January 2025. I've witnessed close to six vehicles pulling up myself included. This place is a ghost town. You can't have business hours posted, and then just do whatever you please. 12 years of poor performance I'm surprised this store even stands today. Must be all that Wallstreetbets earnings that saved it.
