First time going to Cindy's. I am going on a cruise in two days and my regular salon cancelled on me last minute. I called and they were able to get me in that evening. Olivia was my stylist and she did a wonderful job. Super sweet young lady, she gave me a nice cut and tackled all the grays. Thanks Olivia for adding some life back to my hair 😊

Myself and my daughter always come and see Melissa, she is so very professional and does an amazing job on our curly hair. She makes you feel comfortable, and really listens and executes what you ask for. We look forward to our appointments with her!

Staff is always pleasant. Shop is always clean and Katie is the best I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new hairstylist. All the staff was very friendly and the price is very reasonable

Initial post: to summarize they can not do curly hair nor can they color it. The owners response was that me being late (I was early to each appt. I live down the road…) caused the hairstylists to not want to do my hair and rather than telling me this they all were just passive aggressive and led me to believe I was getting the hair I payed for. Anyways I’m over it and I love my curly hairstylist Jaime at Bonitas hair salon right across from this place.
REPLY TO OWNER: Firstly thank you for your passive aggressive response once again. I never showed up late once but thank you for trying to justify this awful experience. Side note: I did have to leave once though when my brothers blood sugar was 40 and I had to rush home and back in under 30mins which the stylist said was no problem. Next, do you think it’s professional to make a stylist do a a clients hair when they don’t want to..? Was that fair to me OR the stylist ..? NO. And that ultimately reflected on the outcome of my hair.That’s absolutely insane and cruel of you. Also your stylist LITERALLY recommended the hair product that ruined my hair. In the chair we went over hair products and I showed her one that caught my eye and she said it looked great! So how is that my fault? I also got a verbal apology from her because she made that mistake… so I’m very lost by that accusation. Only now I’m wrong? When you have forgotten that she definitely said to buy it and definitely apologized..Not to mention I bought $120 worth of hair products there at your salon..lastly, I specifically asked for a fall copper look that glazed my hair and caught your eye in the sun but wasn’t neon orange. The first time was perfect! Up until the shampoo recommendation ruined my hair. The second time i literally got cool Toned brown.. even the lady blow drying me said it was like my hair prior to even dying it.( bless her heart I could see her face shift she was kind) The third time was literally a carrot color.I said my family didn’t want it as bright to be kind because the backlash from friends and family was the hard truth. They were infuriated that my hair was burnt, dry, and carrot orange.but anyways. Truly I have no hard feelings toward any of you. Now I know that hair is pricey and taking the cheap route was a lesson to be learned.and I did learn! But please don’t sit over there frowning and typing away blaming me when you guys are the ones at fault <3 I’m mostly in Awe of how you just showed your true colors by announcing no one wanted to style my hair but to my face you insisted.. so unprofessional and it gives mean girl energy from a bunch of grown women. Yikes!!

I’ve never been disappointed while visiting Cindy’s Hair Pros. Amber is phenomenal but everyone engages in great conversation. Definitely check them out and I highly suggest going ahead and booking with Amber.

Got my bangs trimmed with Cindy! She was so nice and they look amazing!Chester fest was going on while I had my appointment so parking was a bit congested and people were everywhere, but the team gave me great instructions and had spots saved for customers.Love coming here to get my hair cut! ?

Can I just give a quick shoutout to these ladies?! They’re awesome!I had a pretty unpleasant experience a few days ago with another stylist I will not name.I called them and explained the situation and immediately offered to fix my haircut. Amanda was so awesome through it all. I never have gone back to a hair salon after a bad haircut and something told me to just give them a chance to fix it. They did of course!Thank you ladies, not too pleased that I had to go back but very thankful you guys were more than willing to fix the situation at no cost.I will be going back for future services.Service: Haircut

I saw Charlotte. I HAD shoulder length hair when I arrived. I showed her a picture of layered hair, the sides and back were to rest on the collarbones. I left with a little boys haircut, so short I could not put it in a pony tail!!!!! it looked NOTHING like the picture. I told her I wanted it long enough to pull into a ponytail, and layered on the top, I told her twice she is cutting too much, but she ignored everything I said and did whatever she wanted. when I stood to leave she opened her wallet and looked at my face, expecting a tip!!!!!! I was not tipping a person who cut all my hair off, ignored my concerns, and was obnoxious about it. she said that she came to work there when they bought the building, and I feel sorry for the salon, cuz they are stuck with her. Cindys salon will NEVER see me or anyone I know. if you don't get rid of Charlotte, she will continue to be a liability. I showed the picture to Robin at the front desk and she just stared at it, and then at me. they offered a refund, BuT that will not replace the horrible service the stylist provided, and it will not make my hair grow back. do NOT trust your wedding day hair to Charlotte, she will have you looking like an 8 year old boy!!!!!!!!!!!! you should not keep a person working there out of obligation. I think she is limited as a stylist, and doesn't know how to cut a longer layered style.

Charlotte is amazing! Took her time and made sure everything was even. Go see if you're in Chester looking for a good inexpensive haircut! $30 plus tip
