This location has some bs with them. First of all I go online to look at interior doors. So then I call the store with questions. Ok, if you're answering the phone and you are CLUELESS find someone who knows the answers to the question. This idiot tells me you can't schedule a appointment online for someone to come to your home to do measurements you need to come into the store. And right now we don't have any door people here. Hmm, really Smdh! So I call back the next day I speak to a different associate. I assumed she took down my information because she evidently LIED but anyway she said someone would call me back for the appointment. Ok it's been over a week. So I assume they don't want my money and I'm just going to take my business to their competition. They're loss!

Manager label the orders wrong! Had to wait almost 45 minutes to get it straight. Won’t pick up orders there again. Manager should get written up!

I had visited another Home Depot store to get stain samples for my fence. Unfortunately, the associate at that location was unable to find the correct tints in the computer. The next day, I went to the Chester location, expecting that I would get the same answer as the day prior. Albert was manning the paint counter by himself, and had several orders going at once. I thought I was going to have to explain what I was looking for, but Albert is a true professional! He knew exactly what I was asking for, and told me it would be ready in a few minutes. As I waited, I saw him completing orders for other customers, handing them their paint as they returned to the counter. He was clearly busy, but remained calm and friendly throughout! Very positive experience!!

I am in love with this store. I have to restrain myself from spending more time there. I normally shop online and then have supplies delivered to the store or my house. Home Depot has an outstanding selection of everything I need for my house at reasonable prices. I shop elsewhere but usually end up buying here. Some of the employees are great, but some seriously need customer service training and lack traditional, good manners. Love your neighbor as you love yourself. Treat others as you would like to be treated (unless you're a masochist).

The prices are good and the credit card is awesome, but they are not good at keeping things in stock and apply less discounts than other home depot locations, other than the further limits on veteran and military discounts and the lack of product it has awesome employees who are very helpful

Came in with my husband and needed assistance on finding a couple of attachments for my portable washer. When finally got help was treated like I was an idiot. Worst experience ever

I will never go to Home Depot again. I went in today to get air filters and a couple of other items. There are never employees around to help so I had to ask twice. The woman I spoke with had blonde hair and said she was a manager. I had my mask on because they have a sign up to wear a mask. She said "I can't understand a word you are saying" very rudely. So I took my mask off and she asked what I was looking for. I walked out saying I would never buy another thing from that store. I will try Lowe's. Maybe they are more helpful.

Get rid of forklifts and gates that block lanes. In December I had a job to do but a forklift had the lane blocked I could not get to what i needed. They did not even acknowledge I was standing there. I went to Lowes and bought the materials $659.10 2 weeks ago again In the way with forklift another trip to Lowes $590 this time and tonight blockbuster of it all 1/30/20 They had the lanes closed by the Small appliances and the next 2 rows all closed and were using the forklift in the lane after that with the gates not blocking where they were. Another trip to lowes only $120. this time but this is about $1500 in lost revenue If I were the district manager I think I would sell the forklifts and buy ladders so they could do it the old fashion way and quit blocking the lanes up!!
