Not a fan of walking into a store and feeling like employees are more disgruntled about me being there than the fact I could potentially buy something. Had I read the reviews before hand I would t have even thought to potentially shop there since they don't support their vendors when vendors help the business make money!

Stopped in this cute shop on a rainy Sunday. Was quickly greeted by a charming young lady. The shop is located in an old house that is very cool in itself, many rooms containing very nice displays. They showcase an eclectic variety of home decor, gifts, upcycled items, vintage and antique lots of their items were just my style. They had a fun selection of jewelry at good prices. fancy door knobs and hooks old and new. When I was ready to make my purchases, it was a friendly, quick and efficient check out. I am very happy with the goodies I bought. I don't live in the area but would definitely return to Hoo's Pickin anytime I'm in that neck of the woods. Very pleasant experience. Super unprofessional, bashes other small businesses without any proof of allegations. Blocks everyone that has any feedback that isn't glowing from their Facebook page. Constantly starts drama in the community. Bullies and refuses to pay vendors. I'd love to shop local, but I'd never buy from here.

DRAMA. Years and years of drama. Every relationship they have with vendors and customer eventually ends because of drama. Brandon (part owner or whatever he is) will be the death of this business. Very immature.

My friend introduced me to this small local business. I Absolutely loved this unique boutique. Lots of artistic and crafty vendors displayed. Tons of eclectic inventory. Many one of a kind items. Fantastic place to shop for gifts or for yourself. I bought a few different things and I can’t wait to return in the future and see what new stuff they may have. Cozy atmosphere in an older two story house converted to a store front. Friendly and welcoming customer service. Bruce is delightful. If you haven’t checked out this hidden gem in the heart of Chester you are definitely missing out. I wish I knew about this shop sooner.

Love this store! Cassidy and Brandon are super nice and always so welcoming. The store is ever changing and I can always find unique items that are a must have. I highly recommend checking them out, you will want to go back again and again to see what's new!!!
